"The most worrying thing about taking the elderly to travel at home is the inconvenience. The front desk of this hotel has done the ultimate in care. Just arrived at the door, the front desk saw the elderly with crutches, and immediately walked up to take the luggage in our hands, not letting the elderly labor more. When checking in, she took the initiative to take all the ID cards, smiled and said ”you and the elderly will sit for a while and have a cup of tea”, and then got busy alone. After the procedures were completed, she escorted us all the way to the room, explaining how to adjust the air conditioner and how to turn on the hot water in detail. This warmth that puts the elderly in their hearts is more reassuring than any facility, and must be recommended with full marks!"
