"酒店房間整體感覺不錯,床鋪很乾凈,服務也很好(歺廳除外,太垃圾),尤其大廳前台的臉圓圓呼呼的那個姑娘,服務熱情周到。如果入住值得推薦,但不介意在酒店吃早餐,早餐服務應該是外包出去的,品種沒幾樣不説,更過分的是7點到9點用歺,8點40到幾乎啥也沒了,一問服務員還加飯菜嗎?還愛搭不理的,一再問才説一會兒還上,等到9點了也沒上菜,再問另一個服務員菜啥時候上,態度很生硬的説:我們9點就要下班了,還有其他事幹呢。這叫啥話,我們花錢吃早餐,並且也是在你規定的時間內去吃,你省錢做的少,不夠客人吃,那也應該有個好態度吧。那怕你説抱歉,今天人多,東西做少了,我也能接受,喝碗粥吃個雞蛋也沒啥,現在人誰缺那口吃的。主要是服務態度服務意識太差。飯沒吃好吃了一肚子氣,影響旅途心情。反正下次不會再去這個酒店住宿了。誰花錢不是為了圖個好心情!"
