"Great, clean, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. During my trips to China, this was the only hotel where staff actively approached me to offer assistance, even guiding me around to ensure I didn’t get lost.
While a bit more English would be helpful, it’s understandable given that Cangzhou doesn’t see many tourists.
I was slightly unsure if there was a restaurant where I could get coffee at any time.
Breakfast was good, but the gym felt small and below average compared to other hotels in Cangzhou."

"This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps.
There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all.
Would definitely come back to this hotel again !"

There are some things that need to be improved. The shower head on the bathroom does not flow smoothly, the hair dryer has low wind power, and the two pairs of pillows are soft."

"The comfort of the room is surprising. As a newly opened hotel, the room not only has no decoration smell, but also is clean like a newly opened gift. The decoration style of the new Chinese style and modern simplicity is of a sense of quality. The intelligent voice control of the whole house is super practical, and you can control the lights, air conditioning and curtains by shouting ”small degrees”, and even two-year-old children can use it freely. The most memorable thing is the bedding, the soft skin-friendly mattress and pillow comfort are full, and many residents have stayed decisively because they slept too well. The bathroom is well designed for dry and wet separation, the quality of toiletries is good, and the details are very careful."

"Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou."

"This accommodation experience is very good. First of all, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Because of my personal reasons, they even upgraded my room type. The chairs in the room are super comfortable and very comfortable to sit on. I urgently need the same one hahahahahahahahaha. There is a laundry room on the second floor of the hotel, which also has a hanging iron. There is also a special office space on the first floor, where you can charge your phone. The gym equipment is also quite complete, there are many places to eat around, and it is very close to the shopping mall. It is worthy of being a Hilton Garden Inn. I will stay here again next time I have the chance."

Health is also good, clean and tidy.
The highlight of the hotel is that the service is particularly good and responsive. All the staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to greet the guests and solve the needs of the guests. What impressed us was that the front desk manager Xiao Guo was busy before and after the day of our stay and took the trouble to solve some needs for us. Make us feel at home.
The breakfast is rich in variety, cold dishes, hot dishes, snacks, fruit, great, the restaurant sister service on October 11, October 12 morning is also good."

The interesting thing about the room is that it originally had no windows, but windows and curtain rods were decorated 😂😂😂😂
The only drawback is that there are no windows and the lighting is not good. Of course, it's possible that the room I booked was too cheap.
Breakfast is good. This price is still very competitive early on.

GGuest UserThis stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt incredibly caring. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and gently, and even offered suggestions for nearby restaurants and travel. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was so soft and comfortable I couldn't get up. Even the hot water in the bathroom was fast and consistent. Every detail was spotless. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Every morning, after filling up and heading out, I felt incredibly happy! The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, convenient for attractions and the shopping district. It's also very quiet and peaceful when I returned home at night. Upon check-out, the staff proactively asked about my stay, which was incredibly sincere. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to friends. It's truly worth it!

The sound insulation was very good and the bed was very comfortable. Mainly convenient parking. Breakfast is very special chaos and noodles are cooked on the spot. It takes about two minutes to wait and then send it to the table. Other side dishes and pasta can be eaten directly. The service is very attentive.

The building is a bit old, but passable. It is located out of the city center and within an industrial zone, but I became satisfied with the location when I found out that just a few hundred meters away is a street with many busy restaurants. Hungry tummy approved.
I did not go, but there is a club just next door which must be convenient if you want to party. The parking is spatious, so if you come by car you shouldn't have problems.

MM679644****This was a high end luxury hotel decades ago. Now the time has taken its toll. Walking on the thick carpet on the hallway, you can easily imagine how marvelous it must be twenty years ago. Now the equipments are kinda of out dated. There is no restaurants or stores in walking distance. The hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are much bigger than those of the newer hotels at this price range, and they have many toiletterias, even two shower robes. If you are ok to take taxi or didi (Chinese Uber) all three time, this hotel is a good choice.
