"It's a very good hotel. It looks beautiful from the outside and is very cost-effective. Due to the waiter's mistake in the order, I was in a bad mood. However, the hotel was very sincere in correcting the problem. From the manager to the waiter, they actively coordinated and solved the problem to their satisfaction. Although it was affected a bit, I still have to give the hotel a big thumbs up. I believe it was just a momentary mistake. It is inevitable. I understand it and highly recommend it."

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable, allowing people to get a good rest. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with many food and entertainment facilities around. The breakfast was rich and varied and delicious. In short, this is a very recommended hotel, and I will choose to stay here next time. (When I checked out, the handsome guy at the front desk also gave the children snacks! Great)

BBukeyibaoWhen I took my parents on a short trip, I chose Atour Hotel. I felt the meticulous service from check-in to check-out, especially the surprise arrangement of free upgrade to family room, which made this trip particularly warm.
You can park downstairs at the entrance of the hotel, but the car is very dirty under the banyan tree after the rain. The breakfast is very good, and my parents live very comfortably!

770boluoI highly recommend all the front desk staff. They were professional and helpful. There's a nearby place with delicious mutton soup and sesame cakes. It was so hot, I arrived at the hotel drenched in sweat, and the front desk staff poured me a cup of hot tea and offered me a napkin to wipe my sweat. That was so thoughtful. The bedding and linens were excellent, the curtains had good blackout properties, and the amenities and bathroom door layout were much better than at the Huaibei Atour Hotel I stayed at the previous day. The underground parking lot was convenient.

Has huge TV in the room, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is bad though.

GGuest UserI went to Suzhou on a business trip and chose Hilton. The environment was similar to other Hilton hotels, but the service was not up to par. I checked in at 10 pm and there were not many guests in the off-season. I asked the front desk if there was a charger, but they said no, they didn't provide it. A five-star hotel doesn't provide charging cables? I've stayed in so many five-star hotels. This is the first time I've heard that. Secondly, there were no handbags in the room (I had my own belongings and clothes to take away). I called the front desk and was told that the handbag supplier didn't provide them. There were laundry bags in the cabinet that I could use... When I checked out, I asked about my stay experience: This is not a good experience. After all, you are under the Hilton brand, but the service awareness did not make me feel very good and enthusiastic. The only thing that made the service experience better was that after I put my things away, the welcoming guy at the door opened the car door for me and said goodbye politely.

WWeilamolachenyuzhouXiao County is not a big place, but Greentown Narada Hotel is great! All facilities of the hotel are very good, breakfast is rich and parking is convenient. There is Dai Lake next to it, where you can take a walk after eating. Particularly worth mentioning is the service. The housekeeper Xiaodong contacted us in advance on the morning of our trip, arranged the room, turned on the air conditioner in advance, and upgraded the room type for us. If you have any questions, she will reply immediately. The service of other hotel employees is also very enthusiastic, which is a very good stay experience. If you come to this area, I recommend staying at this hotel.

XXiaqimeipuThe hotel facilities are a bit old and the towels are not new. In the first room I was offered, urine stains were left on the toilet seat. After changing to another room, the tea table had no power and could not boil water. The service attitude of the front desk staff is really good. They said that they would change another room for me. I am really too lazy to move again. Waited until after 8pm when the electrician came to work to fix it.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff at Sumahui Hotel were really considerate when breastfeeding mothers were traveling to carry breast milk. I needed to freeze my breast milk. They were worried that freezing in the canteen would affect the quality of my breast milk, so they found a supermarket for me to freeze it. I forgot to bring my breast pump charger, and the front desk gave it to me. I was full. After checking out, I was afraid that Blue Ice wouldn’t be able to hold on anymore, so I asked if they could help with freezing and preservation. I went to pick it up in front of the station, and they were also very enthusiastic to help. It really was girls helping girls! I am very touched and grateful 🥹 I like the service of Sumahui Hotel 👍 In addition, the hotel is very close to the station, the restaurant is also very delicious, and the price is very affordable.
