Hotels Near The Queen's Banquet in Busan

The location is convenient. You can walk to Haeundae Bathing Beach in 5 minutes, and you can walk to the bustling commercial street on the other side of the hotel in 7 or 8 minutes. I booked a deluxe sea view room. The room is large and beautiful (including the bathroom). You can see different sea views from the large windows on three sides.

The email service was great and kind but the offline service was awful. No one was in the reception even it was 11am. There was no service even no one to pick and collect trash from the bin after checkout time. The motel seems to be running with almost volunteers, which is not stable enough. Btw Location was good and the general cleanliness was good. Good deal I just need to say.

The location of the hotel was very good so very close to the subway and very close to the beach, but unfortunately the hotel is already a bit outdated renovations. So some of the rooms had a smell of cigarettes but then I got a new room upgraded it was more ok. Also I think that the bathroom needs to be renovated as it was very old stuff

I came to Busan to heal after passing the exam It's clean, spacious, and quiet, so I'm going to rest well😊 This accommodation has all the advantages of hostels I've been to overseas. There's an elevator, a kitchen with a microwave, a water purifier, and a hair dryer in each room. The bedroom and 8-person room are all spacious~ The bathroom, shower room, and sink are also cleanly managed! The host is also kind. If they decorate the inside of the elevator a little and put something like a clothes hanger in the room, it would be perfect ＞_＜ I highly recommend it to foreign long-term guests!!

The staff are very warm and welcoming, very easy check-in process. The room is clean, fast wifi and nice tv. the bed was comfortable. but the aircon is not airconing. its not giving cool air realness. so we requested a fan. overall for me it's still serving good service eleganza. werk!!!

My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

The hotel room looked nothing like it looked in the images. The first room I was giving the toilet had urine on the seat. My room was changed . While the bathroom and room it self was clean . The cleaning could be better. The room itself was dusty and the towels looked well used . The bedding as well could have been better. The bed was comfy and big . And the breakfast was okay for a vegetarian, basic but filled me up for the day of travel . The checking staff could be more friendly and welcoming . The location is close to the station and it’s easy to use the buses to get to place however it is far away from the beach areas . Downside of the room no hanging space and not full length mirror .

Excellent location with a fantastic view of Busan Harbour from the roof garden. 5 minute walk to both KTX Busan Station and the Subway. The room was very clean with plenty of space. The double bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing after a day of activities! Staff were friendly, punctual, and helpful. Has a restaurant on the second floor but you need a prepaid voucher from reception to access. A very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend a stay!

I stayed in the capsule room for 2 nights and I got sick... there's no air conditioning control and whatever they have to keep the air flow made my throat sore on my last morning. I eventually lost my voice. My voice came back (still husky) but I'm still coughing a lot with green mucus... it's been 1 week from my trip in busan and I'm not fully recovered. I happen to have asthma which makes me more prone to these things but still, I doubt this is good for anyone. I liked their normal rooms a lot but I definitely won't do the capsule room again.
