Hotels near Provisional Capital Memorial Hall in Busan

One room inspired by the appearance of the motel with the hotel’s name written on it The bed was hotel size, but the room was small and cold. The heating was turned on the next day, but the day before, there was only air conditioning but no heating, so my friend and I had a bit of a hard time. Amenities are convenient as they are provided as standard, but there is no comb, so if you have long hair, bring your own. One basic shower gown is provided, and there are no separate large towels. Still, it's okay that it's clean and there's a lot of food around.

Pros: 2 people can sleep for about 40,000 won, plus simple toast is served for breakfast, and the price is above average. Disadvantages: Similar to Japanese-style business hotels, it is narrow (about 4-5 pyeong), the surroundings are cluttered, and the price is cheap, so if you don't expect too much, you can be satisfied.

Hotel Hermes has 7 floors and a roof terrace. There are 3 double rooms and 1 triple room on each floor, numbered 1, 2, 3 and 5 respectively. Nos 1 (double) and 2 (three persons) are located on the front and are preferred for longer stays. There is no noise pollution due to the double windows. The floors can be reached by elevator. The rooms of approximately 4x4 meters, with an adjoining large bathroom with massage table, are furnished with a comfortable bed, two-seater sofa or sitting area with two chairs, desktop with chair, flat screen, fridge and computer are cleaned daily. Instant coffee, tea bags and water are free. The storage options for longer stays are limited, but management is very helpful in finding an alternative. On the ground floor there is a small dining room with free coffee, tea and water. The wifi is also free. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Nampo-dong district, within easy walking distance of the Gukje Market, Dried Seafood Market, Jagalchi Market, Nampo Underground Shopping, Biff Square, Lotte department Store and Busan Tower. The Jagalchi Metro Station is a few minutes' walk away and many buses stop diagonally in front of the hotel, including bus 96, which runs to Songdo Beach in about 10 minutes for 1 euro per person. There is no airport pick up / drop off, but the real price for an airport taxi is W 15,000 to 20,000. WARNING !!! Take a taxi at the official taxi stand and do not respond to offers from taxi drivers walking in the arrivals hall, who offer to drive for W 50,000 !!! Finally, both management and staff remained very friendly during a 30-day stay.

It was good. It's close to the can market and the boss is friendly ~ But I didn't know it was a special price for walking, so I made an appointment and paid an additional 10,000 won on site. ㅠㅠ It seems to be a reference ~

The location is about 10-15 minutes walk away from Nampo Metro. Will strongly advise to walk past the Lotte Duty Free mall to access the lift located outside the mall which enable you to walk over a long bridge and have a good view of the cultural site. Otherwise the check in and out process is efficient and steam less but the room is damn spacious and comfy bed.

Just the location is not good.

While I was looking for a hotel near Busan Station, I found the exterior to be very impressive, so I made a reservation. I knew it was a fairly old hotel, but the room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious enough to compare to nearby luxury hotels. I originally booked a room with two single beds, but the friendly front desk staff upgraded me to a recently remodeled family room! The location was good for me personally. I often took bus number 43 from the hotel to Busan Station and Seomyeon, and it was convenient because I could walk to the surrounding area (Gukje Market, Kkangtong Market) if I wanted to. I didn't get to eat breakfast this time, but I definitely want to try it next time I come. I've been to many other hotels, but from now on, I only want to come here when I come to Busan. I'll come again later!

The breakfast is very delicious! There is music on the roof and you can see the Busan Tower. The location is very good. There is a fashion street opposite the hotel, and the night market is just down the road. It is very convenient to go to Jagalchi Market, Biff Square, Canned Food Market, and Yeongdo Bridge. The hotel responds very quickly. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk always give help immediately, because the traffic is a bit difficult, and they use papago to translate it into Chinese for me. The room is spacious and the toilet is smart. You can watch Netflix, Youtube and Korean TV stations on TV. The only downside is that the window of the room type I chose faces the wall of the opposite building, which doesn't seem to be mentioned in the room details.

I had a great experience, the staffs were nice and they even helped me book a taxi going to the airport. The rooms are clean and they made sure to always provide new towels and robe everyday. There’s also a safe inside the room to keep your valuables. They have a small Sauna if you want to relax and the breakfast was nice, it’s a buffet with plenty of choices and you can eat with a view of the city because its on the 25th floor. It’s 30-45 minutes away from the Gimhae international airport.

The hotel is close to the train station which is convenient. The room is large and spacious. Towels changed every day. Minuses: Dirty floor toilet bowl dirt The bathtub is very old and yellow I understand that the motel is not new - please make the room clean. You can spend the night but not more than 2 days.
