Hotels in Haeundae/Centum City, Busan

As good as always, this time Toyoko in front of famous Haeunde beach. All standard good Toyoko stuff plus beach rest! You can even get the ocean view from the room. This is the first Toyoko where I met plenty of foreigners - to count this as good or maybe not - is up to you (-:

I had a nice and enjoyable stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly as well. During my check-in on the afternoon of May 23, a staff member at the check-in counter was extremely helpful. Although I didn’t catch his name, he spoke excellent English and assisted me by replacing my lost breakfast coupon. Earlier that morning, two other staff members had turned me away when I reported my lost coupon.

Located near the Haeundae beach, you can easily get to various malls and attractions in just 5-10 minutes. As it is located along the main shopping street, there are plenty of food and entertainment options around. Even the station is merely 5 mins away from the hotel, which makes other locations easily accessible. Definitely recommended for families. They provide free luggage storage prior to check in as well, which makes it easy and seamless to visit places such as the Sky Capsule before checking in.

This was hands down the best place I’ve stayed at in Busan. The location is unbeatable—perfect for relaxing beach walks, with the shoreline just steps away. The surrounding area is filled with excellent eateries offering a wide range of local and international cuisine. While some of the restaurants and cafes can be on the pricier side, the quality and atmosphere make it worth the splurge. The overall experience—from the view, the vibe, to the convenience—was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Busan, especially if you're looking for a memorable seaside stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Haeundae subway station, and as soon as you step out, you're on a bustling commercial street. However, in the twin room we booked, each bed only came with one pillow. We called housekeeping to inquire if they could provide two additional pillows. To our utter astonishment, they replied there were none. We double-checked, asking if a hotel of this size truly didn't have a single spare pillow. Their response was a very curt 'No.' A 25-story hotel, and not one extra pillow to be found! I was absolutely speechless. This is a complete discredit to the Ramada brand name.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The check-in was fast, and the staff were super friendly. My room was cozy with a soft bed and nice lighting. Everything worked well—TV, shower, AC. I had a great night’s sleep… mostly. Around midnight, I heard a soft tapping behind the wall, like someone lightly knocking. At first, I thought it was the pipes, but then I heard a whisper. It wasn’t scary—more like someone saying hello. The ghost didn’t bother me, just made the room feel kind of… old and mysterious. I even said “goodnight,” and I think it whispered back. If you like a quiet hotel with a little spooky charm, this place is perfect. Great price, great location, and a ghost who seems pretty chill

The hotel was close to the beach only a 8 minute walk with an e-mart 24 store across the street, the free breakfast was very nice with fresh food and plenty for seconds, I would definitely stay here in the future. The staff to include the parking attendances were very professional and accommodating. 5 star service all around.

Hotel location was great, 2 crossing away from Haeundae Beach, and 10min walk from Haeundae train station, and many restaurants, shops and convenience stores that were open till late night. The room was clean, spacious and staff was friendly, was even allowed to check in earlier if I signed up for their free membership. Overall a great experience, just remember to bring your own Toothbrush or razor, or you could buy it from their vending machine located at check in area

We checked in quite early due to early flight and was given a room at 11am. Sue was great in choosing the room for us with a great view. Not too high nor low. Overall, we enjoyed the stay except that the amenities were quite small. Toothbrush wasn’t complimented. On the night before our check out. Towels and basic toiletries were not replenished.

It takes about 5 minutes to get there by going straight from Exit 11 of Centum City Station. On the way there is Oriyang, Starbucks, a convenience store, and on the other side of the station there is Shinsegae Department Store and LOTTE Department Store, so there is no problem with shopping. The lobby is on the first floor, and the front desk is the same as Travelodge. I arrived early, but I was able to get into my room right away, and since it was a weekday, I was upgraded to a high-floor sea view room. The room was spacious, and the view was amazing. I want to stay again just to see this view! The refrigerator was family size, and the facilities were well-equipped with a mini kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, and washlet. The mirror in the sink was especially good! It was bright and large, and the lighting was on, making it the easiest place to put on makeup of all the hotels I've stayed in in Korea. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, and although there is a partition between the bathroom and the toilet, the floor of the bathroom will get wet if you're not careful. The slippers are not disposable, and there are no pajamas, so you need to bring your own, and all the outlets are Korean style. There aren't many people around at night, so women should be careful when walking alone. Overall, I'm really satisfied! I'll definitely come here again next time I'm in Busan!
