Hotels in Haeundae/Centum City, Busan

Stayed four nights in this hotel. Location is good with a pretty view of the sea. Loved that they changed our slippers daily without prompting. However, on one of the days we requested for change of bed linens only to find out that it wasn’t changed. front desk was kind of rude to my mother when she tried to borrow an umbrella. Otherwise no much interaction with their staff. All in all a satisfactory stay, especially considering the hotel is still relatively new.

Located near the Haeundae beach, you can easily get to various malls and attractions in just 5-10 minutes. As it is located along the main shopping street, there are plenty of food and entertainment options around. Even the station is merely 5 mins away from the hotel, which makes other locations easily accessible. Definitely recommended for families. They provide free luggage storage prior to check in as well, which makes it easy and seamless to visit places such as the Sky Capsule before checking in.

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

do not be deceived by the facade which is partially boarded due to ongoing construction, the place is located rather conveniently in Haeundae. Near walk to the beach and subway station. No room cleaning service unless you are staying for 4 nights or more but you can ask for clean towels and bottled water daily at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. Very value for money.

Everything about the hotel was good but unfortunately, my business schedule was badly impacted because Trip.com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have to check out by 12 noon and can't check in at the other hotel till 3pm.

Thanks to the best location, facilities, and service, our family had a really happy time! The bedding was so clean and the room was spacious, so it was perfect for relieving fatigue and sleeping soundly on our first backpacking trip with a child! I was a little nervous after reading a review that said the elevator was too crowded and took a long time, but fortunately(?) we were assigned to a low floor, so there was no major inconvenience. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean. The living room sofa was small but soft, and there were plenty of towels. Whenever I travel, I like my accommodation, but I feel a little disappointed with the bathroom storage or space, but at Lavianz, from the storage to the size of the space... I didn't feel even those minor inconveniences! However, there was a veranda in the master bedroom, but they must have forgotten it and it wasn't cleaned; and even though we requested a late checkout and received confirmation twice, someone opened the door lock at 11 o'clock and then closed the door quickly when we were surprised. Maybe you didn't receive the message, or maybe the staff was busy and confused... We didn't really use the veranda, and the door lock incident(?) was just a minor incident, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, but I'm writing this because I think it will be improved and become a better hotel if I tell them☺️ It was even better because there was no noise even though the surrounding commercial area was very well-developed! My child definitely wants to come back. He loves traveling to Busan at least once or twice a year~ Until then, he usually stayed in Gijang or Gwangalli, but thanks to Labianz, he likes Haeundae 😍 I'll definitely come back! This was hands down the best place I’ve stayed at in Busan. The location is unbeatable—perfect for relaxing beach walks, with the shoreline just steps away. The surrounding area is filled with excellent eateries offering a wide range of local and international cuisine. While some of the restaurants and cafes can be on the pricier side, the quality and atmosphere make it worth the splurge. The overall experience—from the view, the vibe, to the convenience—was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Busan, especially if you're looking for a memorable seaside stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Josun Busan. The location is perfect—right next to Haeundae Beach, just a short walk to the sea. There’s an eMart and Starbucks on the 4th floor, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks or coffee without leaving the building Our room was spacious, bright, and quiet, with a great view from the window. The bed was soft and very comfortable—we slept really well. The only small downside was the lack of hooks for hand towels in the bathroom. Also, I was a bit surprised that the minibar in a five-star hotel only had water and Pringles; I expected a bit more variety The staff deserve special praise—everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and caring. It was a real pleasure to stay here and feel so welcome

Typical Japan hotel chain. Room is more spacious than we expected. Can still open 2 big luggages. Toilet is like cruise cabin toilet. Small but serve its purpose. Breakfast provided which is a plus and quite a good spread. Can get your own coffee, comb and facial cream etc near reception. Check out timing is earlier at 10am than usual 11am. Easy walkable to Haeundae beach and station. Will consider staying here again based on its price and bf option.
