Great location in a quiet area if you want to go around Yeongdo. Several bus stops within 5-10min walk to go anywhere around Busan (〜1h to Haeundae). The window view was not that good from my 6th floor ocean view room, but v clean and the bed super comfy. The biggest minus for me was that the shower is in the bathroom next to the toilet seat so the toilet and floor gets wet inevitably.
There is a convenience store and cafe on the 1st floor, you can also order out pizza from the 3rd floor to eat in your room.
If you like posh coffee, go to Momos coffee 5min away.
Pros:
The room is on a high floor near the sea, and you can see the Ocean University from the window (the review picture is the view from the room window). The surrounding area is very quiet and comfortable to walk around. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The price-performance ratio is good.
The 아치한상 next to the hotel is recommended! It is visited by locals! The soybean paste bone soup is delicious!
Cons:
The location is relatively remote, and you need to take a bus to the center of Busan, and there are many buses. It takes an hour and a half to go to Haeundae and about an hour to go to Shinsegae Shopping Center.
we have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful.
moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well.
pillows are not comfortable for us.
for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty.

The accommodation is located in Yeongdo, offering views of the Yeongdo Bridge and the yacht docking area. In the evening, there are pojangmachas (night street food market)right downstairs, making it very convenient. The interior is spacious, but the only drawback is that the bathroom blinds are controlled from outside. It would be better if they could be adjusted from inside the bathroom.
This is my second time using the hotel. It's close to Nampo and has easy access to the subway.
I used this winter season to cross the Yeongdo Bridge to get to the hotel.
It was a little painful
Hotel rooms are clean
However, only one pair of slippers was provided for one person.
It was ready on the second day
Even though the staff passed by when checking out.
There were no words to say thank you
That's too bad
Overall satisfaction. However, it was noisy because of the surrounding area of ships and pocha village. Thanks to that, I had fun going to the second round with my friend. Haha. It was quiet after 11pm. I didn't take any pictures. Hehe.

This is a small hotel next to the marina and lighthouse. Nearby are the National Maritime Museum, an amusement park and a canal with cherry blossoms. The rooms are inexpensively renovated and have wallpaper. Overall it was clean, but if you look at the details, my room had cracked tiles on the floor, water leaks and traces of crushed mosquitoes on the wall. From my room I could see the bay. The room has a kettle, coffee and water. In the shower there is shampoo, soap and toothpaste with brushes. Around the streets there are many Maritime University students in jackets and caps, which adds some color.
We were o the 12th floor, this gave us an amazing view over the bay, by day and night.
The only thing was, that we couldn't cook as no kitchen supplies available, besides a huge fridge freezer a huge plus, a microwave and a kettle.
We received on the next morning bottled water and fresh towels.
Receptionist were really friendly and could speak just a little English which with the usage of a translator was solved.
We had issues with the washing machine in our first room, which has been solved swapping to another room.
Restaurants nearby and small shops too and we could park our car in the hotel garage.

GGuest UserThe second floor single accommodation was clean overall and the interior was stylish and warm. More than anything, the whole single house on the second floor can be used privately by my family. The panoramic ocean scenery of the sunset and the sea on the roof is the most beautiful spectacular scenery I have ever seen in my life. The host was a young woman who was good at communication, and she kindly explained the accommodation carefully and guided the nearby Huinnyeoul Village restaurant well. I think it's the best hostel with the intention to visit again next time !!
GGuest UserUncle is very kind. Help everything sevice Mama to set 6 cups. Peak clean room. There is a maid to clean every day. Get off the bus, walk less than 5 seconds to the accommodation.

GGuest UserThe location was close to the Busan ARTE Museum. Plenty of parking, room was clean and with a mini fridge, kettle, cups etc + a microwave in the corridor you could cook something simple. I left a titanium camping pot (100 $ US) in my room. The owner replied str away and posted it , after I had wired 6,000 won postage. A few issues with language problems when phoning up as I don’t speak Korean and owner speaks some English. A friend of the owner rang back shortly afterwards to check for understanding.
Initially I booked the wrong date. The owner could not change the reservation from his end without Trip.com agreeing. To have this changed with Trip.com was lengthy and tiresome.
GGuest UserThe ocean view outside is visible like in the photo, so it's not good for taking pictures. And as soon as I came in and lay down on the bed, there was something black on it. And it takes about 40 minutes from Gwangalli Beach and about the same from Haeundae, so it's a bit far to go and come back. Now, let me tell you the advantages. The bathtub is big enough for 2 teenagers and 1 adult, there's Netflix on the TV, so it's nice to watch, there's a computer, and the bed is big enough for 4 adults. And it's stylish, so you don't have to bring a lot of clothes. However, if it's your first time in Busan or you don't know the way, I recommend going to a place near Haeundae or Gwangalli Beach.
최최재홍The service is also available comfortably according to the number of guests, and the room is so good that I used it comfortably during my trip !!! The location is so good, I want to use it next time ~
GGuest UserGood hotel and rooms. All amenities are provided and daily stocked. Waterboiler, coffee, tea and candy at the desk. The beds were OK and pillows fine. Lady at the desk helped us and wat really nice.
The bus stops are close and shops are nearby.
