Busan Dong-gu Hotels

The hotel is located right across from Busan Station so it’s quite accessible to many parts of the city and getting to other cities. However, in the vicinity, there’s really not much to do except for a “Texas Street” and the Chinatown, which don’t really have much interesting spots either. Regarding the hotel itself, it’s clean wherever we’ve come across but there are insufficient facilities and amenities. Firstly, the there are only 3 lifts which fit no more than 10 people while there are 19 guest floors (L3-21) with about 19 rooms per floor (I believe this varies but I was on the 19th floor and there were 19 rooms). In total there are supposed to be 357 rooms, which is absolutely abysmally served by the ridiculously small and slow lifts. During peak hours, it took over 15 minutes to get up and down just to get water. Secondly, while the hotel did provide some amenities like soaps, combs, pajamas, etc., there was no shaver or toothbrush or toothpaste which were the most essential items and we had no use for the free stuff they provided. Service is okay - some staff are not very friendly or helpful but others are approachable and can communicate in English. There’s free breakfast as well, but timings are very short and early (06:30AM to 09:00AM) so we didn’t manage to try it at all. They’re also very strict with check-in timings so don’t expect to get any early check-in. I’m sure some rooms might be available but they definitely will not give it to you even if it’s not occupied.

We were a group of 3 and were pleasantly pleased with the 3 single beds in Ramada. We all had our own space. Spacious enough. The hotel was just a stone away from KTX exit 1 and also metro exit 6. The hotel has a 24-hour laundromat and I love that the dryer dried clothes thoroughly. 2,000won for washing and other 2,000w for drying. 1,000w for their detergent. A total of 5,000w for each wash. 😊 The only downside was no basic amenities were provided except for shower wash, hair wash and hair condition.

The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel building is directly opposite Busan Station, just a 3-minute walk away, and nearby bus and subway lines are also very accessible. The room itself is compact but doesn't feel cramped. It offers direct views of the bay and the bridge from the window, which is quite lovely. The only minor downside is that the washbasin is located outside the main bathroom area, which might be a bit disruptive for light sleepers.

The location isn't bad, but the double room is very small and, above all, impractically furnished in terms of storage and hanging space. The bathroom, with its tiny sink, is particularly poorly designed; hanging or storing anything in the bathroom was practically impossible. It's practically unsuitable for two people. Breakfast was okay, but unfortunately, it was only available from 7 to 9 a.m.

The service was great — we got a check-in without any problems, the video instructions on how to get to the hotel from KTX and how to store luggage in the storage were helpful, and the hotel itself is located in a very convenient manner. It took us about an hour to get to the main spots of out interests — Gwangnalli Beach, Songdo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village and so on. Also the room itself was amazing — really comfortable beds, shower with all amenities, nice massage chair. Amazing view from the windows! Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Busan.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, as it is close to all the public transport, which is easily accessible from there. The hotel provided towels and bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, however the basic items like toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, shower cap, etc. you had to buy yourself. The breakfast was was sub standard, didn’t cater for foreigners. They could have added more than just the one fruit, yogurt, some pastries instead of just sweet bread.

Good location which is nearby Busan station and KTX, clean n hygiene, they provides changing my room bedsheets daily , really unexpected, A big bathtub outside of the bathroom 👍. Definitely Will stay here again if I come back to Busan

The location is super nice, very near to Busan Station and the amenties are good, especially the room has a LG Styler which helped us to sanitized clothes after we came back to the hotel. Just one point that the hotel could improve is the television as it is too difficult to control and the remote control didn't work well. I will definitely recommand this hotel to all the travelers in Busan.

This hotel was amazing! The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable — I felt totally at ease during my stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Great location with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I’ll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

A great experience, my family is very happy with the apartment, classy lobby, spacious apartment, clean and comfortable just like the pictures, great location as we arrive by busan train station and leave by ferry terminal, both are connected to the building via the bridge/overhead walkway. Promptly provide water and rubbish bin bags upon request, provides the cleaning agent for using washer. Comes with large washer and dryer. Able to store luggage on last day definitely helps, and is self service. The entrance is a bit harder to find when we first arrived but do take the notes / tips on fellow reviewer here on how to navigate to the place, it helps! At the very end you will exit the small door a few meters from the the CU convenient shop (at the ground level of the apartment), and to your right upon exiting the small door you will see another entrance to the lift lobby. Looking to return again.
