I LOVED this hotel. It was so luxurious compared to the price. I wish all hotels were like this.
The location is great: a lot of public transport, lots of night life, a market, restaurants and (underground) shopping within walking distance. It took about 25-30 minutes from Busan Station to the hotel.
Japanese style toilet, shower (hand held & rain shower) had good water pressure and temperature. Bedside table with sockets right above it. Two chairs, a wardrobe (4 hangers), 2 shoe polish mitts, 2 small and 2 big towels. Convenience store right next to the reception. Washing room is 2000won for 2 hours, no matter what cycle (washing or drying), detergent is 500won. Gym is accessible with your room card.
I didn't like that the airco blew right on the bed, but you could easily set the temperature a bit higher if it bothered you.

Clean, comfortable and a great location. Would definitely stay here again though I’d probably try to book a bigger room. The laundry is a nice bonus though you need to pay for it.

Stayed here in early December. It’s an apartment-style space with all the essentials like a washing machine, clothes hangers, liquid detergent, hair dryer, etc. The room heater is adjustable, which was nice. The stay was really comfortable. I received the check-in details on the day of arrival. The public toilets on the first floor require a passcode, which you need to request from the owner.
The location is conveniently close to Seomyeon Line 1/2. Great location.
The only downside is the luggage area. Since it’s a self-managed room, no one helps with organizing, so it can be tricky to fit all luggage. Some luggage might get stuck in the far corner and be too heavy to move around easily, so it's important to be mindful of ur luggage.

Overall a really good experience with nice places nearby and not that long of a walk to the nearest subway. As a warning to travellers from colder climates - it appears the lowest you could set the heating to at night was around 19 degrees due to it being air con and a heater at the same time from what I udnerstood which was way too warm for me but if that temperature is fine - then this is the perfect hotel.

My recent stay with them again just last week is at least my 5th stay, its getting from best to good, to acceptable to bad and now worst. No improvement of what i experienced in the pass i stay with them. Actually even worst. Aircon is spoil during this stay. After a very long communication and even to the edge of checking out to find another hotel, then they only agree to change the room. I am to accept downgrading the room with no refund of the room price difference for the balance 2 nights. Anyway the last stay lots of upgrading sign around, i see no difference, no improvement but even worst and even old. Looking for better hotel to stay next round.

I arrived at Browndot Business Seomyeon around 4 PM. The reception area was modern, and the friendly staff quickly handled my check-in, providing me with a key card to my room.
The room was spacious and well-lit, featuring a modern, minimalist design. It had a large, comfortable bed, a work desk, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The bathroom was clean and equipped with essential toiletries.
After settling in, I explored the nearby area of Seomyeon, known for its vibrant nightlife and shopping options. I had dinner at a local Korean BBQ restaurant, which was a delightful culinary experience.
My stay at Browndot Business Seomyeon was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel's modern amenities, convenient location, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable experience.

It's conveniently located in front of the station! It's just one train stop away from Seomyeon Station, and it's less than a 15-minute walk away. There's a market nearby, and there are lots of cafes, so I recommend it!

Toyoko Inn is the same all over the world, the rooms in Korea are a little bigger~ A one-night stopover is great value for money~ The department store across the street has been renovated and rebuilt, there is a GS25 convenience store downstairs~ 10 minutes from the subway, there are two Starbucks

I absolutely love the location! There’s so close to metro and bus station, full of goods store and etc
But I expect the bathroom with a bath instead of it I’ve got the shower without any fence or something. Really uncomfortable that after getting shower all space in the bathroom are full of water especially it’s not separated with toilet
But I really recommend this place bc of the location and price

Very Good
GGuest UserI booked the hotel on a whim even though the were only a handful of reviews at the time, but I left with a good impression. The hotel is new (as of this posting) so everything feels very clean and fresh. The design and aesthetics are also high quality.
In terms of the location, it's about 10-15 min walk to the metro stations depending on your walking speed. I think the location is good if you're planning to leave the hotel once during the day and return in the evening. If you plan to go back and forth from the hotel several times throughout the day it could get tiring. It's also about 15 mins walk from Seomyeon, which is a very lively area filled with bars, cafés and restaurants. It takes just over an hour to get the Hyundae beach area.
The room itself is very spacious and the one I booked also had a huge bathtub and Japanese-style toilet, which were great. There are a few odd design choices, though. For one, there is no light switch by the bed so you have to walk all the way across the room to turn off the lights at night. Another thing is the bathroom is large yet the sink is small and has no space to put any toiletries. It's extra odd because either side of the sink is empty space, so I think if they put some small tables there it would solve the problem.
On the roof there is a large outdoor lounge area. As it was winter I didn't spend much time there but it seems a nice place to relax. There's also a coffee machine that's free to use and some different kinds of tea.
One other thing to note is the check-in time is 5pm. That didn't affect me as I arrived in the evening, and they have a luggage storage area as well.

AAnonymous UserThe room was really clean and the service was friendly! There was also a window, so it was not cramped and it was nice to open the window. There is also a convenience store nearby, so I want to use it next time.
SSarah and EricReally great hotel. Bed is super comfortable. Just 2 or 3 minutes walk to the metro, which will take you anywhere. Would 100% stay here again.

CCandi LeungLove the location with malls, restaurants, and coffee shops around. Metro in 10 mins walk. The room is spacious with both shower and bath. Hot water and great water pressure for shower. TV is large and can watch Netflix. New towels, bottled waters, and cleaning everyday. Overall very clean and comfortable, but some dust over the facilities in the room. Check-in and check-out were very quick. However, there was loud music nearby until mid-night (~12am) everyday.

YyuyyuThe seats are okay and they are all in the busy area on the west side. The transportation is convenient, but it is a little bit hard because of the uneven road surface, but it is acceptable. I just happened to book the largest room type on this floor. The overall space planning is good and the design style is good. The design of the toilet and bathroom being separated into two sides is really great and even has a separate bathtub!
The hardware is reasonably acceptable for hotel grade but is already up to standard.
The heating in the room is super strong and the floor is also warm. It's so hot that I even open the window in the middle of the night!
There is a microwave oven and a comprehensive coffee machine on the first floor. The price is very reasonable! Worth recommending

GGuest UserIt was nice that there was a massager in the room, but the leather upholstery of the Amazonia was old and the black leather stains were coming off on my clothes. Other than that, it was fine.

GGuest UserThe hotel's newly opened location is very good in the western business district. Shopping facilities and snacks are available. There is also the most awkward club in Busan, which is close at hand.

888F85In a hotel in the market, one person rests well, two bottles of water and beverage water a day, a hair dryer and electric blankets, and air conditioning! The room has a wireless network, the price of accommodation is cheap and suitable for poor travel. If you have a bad sleep, you can prepare your earplugs in advance. ^_^
