Dear Lotte Hotel Busan Team,
I recently stayed at your property and would like to thank your staff for their hospitality. I truly appreciated the comfort of the room, the excellent location, and the warm and courteous service throughout my visit.
However, I would like to share one piece of feedback that left a less-than-positive impression. As a guest staying at a premium hotel like Lotte, I had expected that access to facilities such as the pool, sauna and gym would be included as part of the room package. It was surprising to discover that these amenities require an additional fee per entry, which was not clearly stated during the booking process.
Lotte Hotel is positioned as a high-end destination, and in that context, this policy felt out of place. It gave the impression that the hotel—despite its elegance—is being unnecessarily restrictive with services that most guests would reasonably expect to be included.
I hope you might consider reviewing this policy in the future. A more inclusive approach would better reflect the refined image that Lotte is known for.
Thank you once again for the otherwise lovely stay.
Warm regards,

This is my fifth stay here and I am always impressed with their service attitude. I had some pizzas takeaway and I would like to use an oven to heat them up, this kind receptionist took an extra mile to get a plate from the kitchen to ease my inconvenience, and I had a great supper while watching movie. Kudos to such a great service attitude.

-awesome and very central location in Seomyeon
-just a few steps away from a subway station
-clear and easy self check-in instructions
-rooms with everything one can need
-not a hotel vibe, but more like a studio apartment vibe
-fully equipped kitchen
-washing machine with laundry detergent, clothes rack and steamer
-lots of storage
-even it is very central, it is more on the quiet side (room facing back street)
-confortable beds
-convenience store on the ground floor
The only down part is that there isn't any cleaning during the entire stay, unless explicitly asked for.
I stayed 5 days and it didn't disturb be that much. If needed there are a few ways to contact the staff. For trash, it just need to be brought downstairs in the garage. A concierge there will sort it correctly if needed.

This place is good to stay with all new furnitures and equipments. In terms of service quality, the girls at the Reception are not up-to-standard and one of her response is a bit rude to us, except the boy who is eager in helping us upon the self check-in device.
But the most awful part is the breakfast. It’s totally ridiculous that I never ate such quality of food and atmosphere - out of food without prompt re-fill but guests were seeking for food and waiting for nothing, not enough table for guests (everybody hunted for table by ourselves), no service at all.
Although the hotel price was saying breakfast included, I’d rather breakfast is optional with additional cost.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy. My son visited the gym, he mentioned that it was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with brand-new machines.
The location was also ideal, surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisines and just a short walking distance to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Busan city.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated place to stay!

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, with a bus stop just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was excellent. Despite being in a bustling neighborhood, it was surprisingly peaceful. My only minor complaint is regarding the check-in time. We arrived at 2:30 PM, and I would have appreciated getting our room earlier, especially since we saw other guests being checked in before us. Moreover, I know their other locations allow check-in from 12 PM.

Decent hotel. Location is good, walking distance to the local market and Seomyeon Station Exit 11 and Lotte Mall. Lotte Mart is 2 bus stations away. Seomyeon Station is one of the pick up points for Busan day trips. Staff generally are friendly and polite. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Overall Good.

The hotel was very well kept and conveniently located next to Lotte department store, night markets, and local bar/lounge scene. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and the beds put me right to sleep after a long day of shopping and eating in the area. The Cafe Pascucci in the lobby was a quick and easy stop for breakfast or snack, with a lot of variety of food and beverage items. Would recommend this hotel for short weekend trips with friends in a Deluxe Double Twin room, that can accommodate 3-4 guests.

A very good small hotel without big lobby or any system check in. No deposit request. Room service have to info daily to lobby. Lobby guy is very helpful can speak english very well. Looking by it just a normal room that let you sleep and go out wholedays. 7/11 , CU ,G21 all nearby. Thai massage just beside the hotel. This area is a ktv area. Bed is medium hard not those you will get from big hotel. If you are looking for just 1 or 2 days stay and not thinking to stay big hotel can come here.

The accommodation was very nice and as shown in the pictures. There was enough space for one person. The accommodation was in a large building complex right next to the subway station of Line 1 & 2 (Exit 12). There were plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping nearby. The bathroom was very narrow and the open shower is behind the door, but it was okay. You can also enjoy the view from the rooftop on the 21st floor.
The only thing what I also wish that I hadn't found any black hair from the person who lived before there. So please check it again before.
But otherwise the stay was very nice and I would come again :)

GGuest UserI booked the hotel on a whim even though the were only a handful of reviews at the time, but I left with a good impression. The hotel is new (as of this posting) so everything feels very clean and fresh. The design and aesthetics are also high quality.
In terms of the location, it's about 10-15 min walk to the metro stations depending on your walking speed. I think the location is good if you're planning to leave the hotel once during the day and return in the evening. If you plan to go back and forth from the hotel several times throughout the day it could get tiring. It's also about 15 mins walk from Seomyeon, which is a very lively area filled with bars, cafés and restaurants. It takes just over an hour to get the Hyundae beach area.
The room itself is very spacious and the one I booked also had a huge bathtub and Japanese-style toilet, which were great. There are a few odd design choices, though. For one, there is no light switch by the bed so you have to walk all the way across the room to turn off the lights at night. Another thing is the bathroom is large yet the sink is small and has no space to put any toiletries. It's extra odd because either side of the sink is empty space, so I think if they put some small tables there it would solve the problem.
On the roof there is a large outdoor lounge area. As it was winter I didn't spend much time there but it seems a nice place to relax. There's also a coffee machine that's free to use and some different kinds of tea.
One other thing to note is the check-in time is 5pm. That didn't affect me as I arrived in the evening, and they have a luggage storage area as well.

AAnonymous UserThe room was really clean and the service was friendly! There was also a window, so it was not cramped and it was nice to open the window. There is also a convenience store nearby, so I want to use it next time.
PPutera Nor DanishI stayed here with my friends, and we absolutely loved it! The place was super cozy and spacious, and the best part? A bathtub with a jacuzzi—total relaxation vibes! The amenities were amazing too, especially the essential oils that made everything feel extra luxurious.
On top of that, the location is perfect! It’s right near the train station, and there are so many stores around that you’ll never go hungry. Seriously, 10/10 would stay again!

LLuin AngelinThe location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner, making it incredibly convenient for daily needs. I had noticed the reviews were quite mixed, but honestly, for this price, I found it to be excellent value. The breakfast is basic but satisfying. If you're looking for other options, there's an EGG DROP nearby. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserArriving about five hours early, we were able to check in early, which was appreciated. The location is very convenient, close to the station, and convenient for shopping and eating. But the surrounding sanitary environment is not very good. You can imagine what it feels like to live in a night market. I smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the room, but it seemed to have dissipated later (or was it olfactory fatigue?). All in all, it was okay considering the convenience and cheapness of the accommodation, but I would like to try another place next time 😂

GGuest UserThis hotel was excellent price for 8 days I stayed. It was very close by to nightlife in busans central district and I had a great time. The room was luxurious and big for a solo travller with a nice bathroom and big bed. I stayed in room 1103. They have most things you could ask for. One big of criticism I have is that the air jets on their spa bath don't work in that room, but I won't rate them down for it. Hopefully they get this fixed by the time someone else stays there, especially if the spa is what you're going there for. I would stay here again if I am in busan.
The guy at the front desk is excellent. He allowed me check in early (for a small fee) and also gave me directions to a coin laundry near by.
There are lots of bars and resturaunts nearby as well as malls and arcades. They also have staff at the front desk which is a bonus. I had no problems communicating in English. The bed was the best sleep I've had in korea for so far, and I've been here in korea for 1 month.
It was well worth my money for the quality of room.

GGuest UserThe hotel's newly opened location is very good in the western business district. Shopping facilities and snacks are available. There is also the most awkward club in Busan, which is close at hand.
