The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub.
The apartment is great for families. All well equipped.
The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it.
Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you.
The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

Everything was great from start till end. I would say it’s probably even better than your own home. Went to stay as a family of 5, everyone was happy with it.

The Collective Lotteworld Busan is conveniently located and offers practical services. However, cleanliness and comfort, as well as issues with the door lock and security alarm, were problematic during my stay. There were some unclean stains on the floor, which was disappointing given the hotel's high ratings. Additionally, the bed linens were not very comfortable, impacting the quality of sleep. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a decent option.

The apartment is beautiful nice 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, spotless clean, good viewing located on high floor, good mattress & pillow allowing us to have a good rest. Nearby there is restaurants & cafe. 24 hours convenience store just below our apartment.
Very satisfied with our stay. 👍

For people looking for the usual hotel experience and room service, this might not be the one for you as things here are automated and you have to request for room service.
Rooms here are very spacious and cozy. Relatively clean too, but they've got to check in between the couches. The place is located near an emart, and opposite of Lotte mall outlets. It is not located near to Haeundae night market, but there are busses to get there. I will still highly recommend this place due to its affordability and elegance.
