Very clean hotel. Close to Heaundae beach, took 5 minutes. There is free parking. On a check out day, they allowed to stay parked until 2 pm even though checkout is at 11 pm

I read the reviews and... I went there with some expectations.. First.. the location is very good Aside from the location, the hotel is old... It's like the late 80s, early 90s? The weather was cool so I left the door open, but the room next door was smoking... The smell came into the room and it was the worst. I was looking for an outlet... I was scared...ㅜㅜ But the location is good, so please keep that in mind~^^;

Decent hotel. Very good location, close to the metro and the sea. In the same building there is a large supermarket and a buffet with food. Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, everything is very clean. Perfect silence in the room. Very friendly staff at the reception, at our request they moved us from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. For the next trip to Busan I will choose it.

It is an older hotel with a good location. There is a department store downstairs. When you walk out of the alley, you will find Haeundae Street. The next street is the food street, so it is very convenient to eat. The front desk staff are friendly and great. The disadvantage is that the brightness of the room is not enough, there are few plugs, and charging is inconvenient.

There are lots of places to eat nearby and the location is good, but the accommodation feels old.

I've stayed here many times and it was great! The only disappointing thing is that the rooms only have heating! I was surprised.

The location of the accommodation is very good, with Haeundae Beach, Harrydan-gil, Haeundae Station, Haeundae Market, and the underground Save Zone Mart in the building. However, the reason why it is cheap is because the room was kept in the early 90s without remodeling. The air conditioning and hot water are good, but the lighting is dark and there are not enough electrical outlets. The key is also a key. If you are a person who likes to be clean, I do not recommend it. Still, it seems not bad for a cheap Haeundae accommodation. For reference, it was good that 4 people including the kids in the standard ondol room could sleep without additional cost (additional charge applies for adding a futon).
