Location is bad. No tourist attraction nearby. Property staff was not helpful to recommend surrounding places of interest as well as eating place. Property has no map for the area and didn’t attempt to help when we asked. Only ask us to Google by ourselves. Can’t communicate in English.
Disappointed with the stay. Incurred more taxi fare traveling out of the place.
Sent enquiry to property on car parking. No reply at all.
Do not recommend this property at all.

The ocean view was good value for money and the accommodation was clean and nice. The desk staff was friendly and I made good memories with my friends during my 2 nights and 3 days. I would like to visit again on my next trip to Busan! There are many places to use in the accommodation, such as the lounge bar, beauty salon, buffet, unmanned convenience store, and cafe. It's the best ~

Pros:
The room is on a high floor near the sea, and you can see the Ocean University from the window (the review picture is the view from the room window). The surrounding area is very quiet and comfortable to walk around. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The price-performance ratio is good.
The 아치한상 next to the hotel is recommended! It is visited by locals! The soybean paste bone soup is delicious!
Cons:
The location is relatively remote, and you need to take a bus to the center of Busan, and there are many buses. It takes an hour and a half to go to Haeundae and about an hour to go to Shinsegae Shopping Center.

The inside of the room is clean and comfortable. The view from the bar on the top floor is amazing. Happy hour is also held, and there is a 20% discount on beer, but the prices are already high, so I wish they would lower the prices a little more.

I quickly booked a hotel while traveling in Busan with my brother, and it was great! If you choose the sea view, you can relax while looking at the sea and it is very peaceful.
The facilities are clean and the prices are reasonable! It's the best!
