Listed down few things I would like to feedback as below during my 2 days staying:
Pros
1. No doubt that the location of the Hotel is very convenient as it is very near to Busan station and Choryang station.
2. The Hotel allowed us to have early check in without additional charges due to our early arrival.
Cons
1. Front desk staffs attitude
- One of the front desk staff (A guy with spectacles) has very bad attitude when I asked him to reconsider let us have early check in. He rolled eyes to me and with bad tones saying that ‘NO’. I very confirmed and confident that I using a very gentle tones when asking him this question.
- When I completing the check in procedures with another female staff, I feedback this incident to her and she apologies to us on behalf immediately (which is considered a good attitude)
- second day of staying in the hotel, we noticed there is no towels are given after room service and my parents make a call to room service via internal phone to request sending over 3 towels to us. And the on duty staff asking us to go down take the towels by ourselves (which I think is unacceptable?). I make a second call to the front desk and eventually they agreed to send the towels to us.
2. Room cleanliness / hotel environment
- when we enter the room, the desk was full with water stains and the corridor lights were very dim .
- the room doesn’t not have safety locks
