"We spent three nights at Busan Songjeong Sloth, and our stay was a mix of positives and negatives.
Pros:
• Stunning sea views, especially during sunrise
• Convenient location near shops and eateries
• Spacious room with Netflix
• Warm flooring, perfect for winter
• Early morning surfing views (as early as 6 am)
Cons:
• Hotel looks tired and needs renovation
• Noisy surroundings, disturbing for light sleepers
• Frequent, annoying announcements throughout the night
• Poor housekeeping: room not cleaned during our 3-night stay (despite request on 2nd day)
• Far from main town, requiring Uber rides to attractions

Good welcoming, very clean room and the location is at a perfect spot at Haeundae beach! We enjoyed the ocean view from the terrace it was so beautiful.
You will find everything you need inside the room as it’s well equipped, the bed is so comfy.
We had a good stay.

Its hard to find the hotel coz they dudnt mention and chane the hotel name they have diff name un the trip.com as iniated. Almost an hour to look the location of hotel...we thanful that the other hotel beside help us to find it.
Please change ur name at the online booking.
After finding it, we talk to the management, they don't have a contact also, so in exchage they give as a VIP room.
Thanks to sungjeong hotel for helping us to find hotel sloth but not their real name as they display infront.

View ******** / Noisy
We are not very sensitive to noise,
Since it has been a long time since we came down to Busan, we wanted to see the beach for a long time,
We chose to stay for 2 nights because of the kindness and the view, even though there were many reviews saying it was noisy.
But it is.really.noisy.
They busk in front of the accommodation, and they do it nonstop from 15:00 to 22:30. ㅠㅠ At first, I thought it was romantic and nice, but they don't stop at all (singing..high notes..it's hard for me) and they keep going until late at night.
The service is also not that great.
Since it was a 2-night stay, they told us to tell them if they needed cleaning when we checked in,
so we called around 10:00 AM to request cleaning. (They're not always at the counter) I said okay and came back to the room around 1530, but it wasn't cleaned. (I went out at the check-out/in time)
I called again and they said sequentially?
Then, even if we had made separate reservations for one night, would the room not be ready even though it was after 15:00?
Also, the amenities/bathroom were not cleaned.
As shown in the attached picture, it's very old and not clean.
However, the view is really pretty, so please use it as a reference! ㅎㅎ
