Its a little bit hard for foreigners to reach the Hotel cause they have a lobby underground at B3 floor in another building. No one is speaking proper English, only Korean language.

Absolutely fantastic panoramic view and great value for what you can get. Location is somewhat good if you enjoy a beach stroll but it is very cold in winter right now especially in the freezing winds. It is actually not very close to the shops/restaurants and the Haeundae market is about 15mins walk away so if you want local street foods, it is not at the best location. It has a hotel-like concierge but no room cleaning service and you have to separate and clean up your rubbish when you leave or you will get fined. I guess that's where they cut cost and keep the nightly rate relatively low. Be advised that all power points are Korean style and everything is in Korean so make sure to bring adaptors and keep Papago handy

The reception counter is actually at a basement. Need to ask around to get there (there are 3 reception counters for 3 different properties). After checking in, someone will bring you up to your room.
Room is super spacious, nice harbour/ sea view and comfortable. Value for money. It is not near to the metro, but it is super near to the haeundae beach (oh yes, there was Christmas light ups at the beach). Everything is within walking distance, and a nice salt bread store just across the road. Nice place to catch sunrise… our family enjoyed this room. There are many restaurants just downstairs…. And just few mins walk to the SkyPark blue rail…. ❤️❤️❤️
Will definitely recommend and consider this place if I’m ever back to Busan. There is a straight bus (abt an hr ride) from Busan Train station or about 25 mins by a taxi. Not too far….

Best stay in a long time...if you are booking in that price range, there can not be a better option. Sky capsul is just a walking distance. The staff is always smiling, the reception is in a different tower, instead of trying to figure out just ask the guards. Like many other reviews, the only regret is why didn't stay more nights... lols
