Love the location with malls, restaurants, and coffee shops around. Metro in 10 mins walk. The room is spacious with both shower and bath. Hot water and great water pressure for shower. TV is large and can watch Netflix. New towels, bottled waters, and cleaning everyday. Overall very clean and comfortable, but some dust over the facilities in the room. Check-in and check-out were very quick. However, there was loud music nearby until mid-night (~12am) everyday.

Good location, at a central area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Will definitely visit again for busan trip.

The hotel's location is convenient, just near Seomyeon Lotte Department Store! If you want to go to Haeundae, Gamcheon Cultural Village is also very convenient! There are also many restaurants and tent carriages nearby downstairs of the hotel! During the cherry blossom season, you can see rows of cherry blossoms after walking out of the hotel 🌸

It's very comfortable, and the hotel can help book a taxi~ There are restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient for buying wine, eating and drinking~ Like it. The location is about 10 minutes away from MRT Exit 7, but there is no elevator at Exit 7.

On the second morning, I showed my room key card and informed the young woman at the front desk that the washlet was broken and the shower nozzle wouldn't come out. I pretended to understand and nodded, but I didn't think I would be able to do the repairs on my day off, so the result was just as I expected lol It was nice to be able to use the laundry for free at night. In addition, there were containers of shampoo and body soap as amenities, but on the second day, both were in containers labeled as shampoo, so I used them based on my memory from the first day. The shower head in the bathtub was clogged, so water was splashing all over the sides. In addition to the location, the washlet and laundry are the deciding factors for me when choosing a hotel, so this is my rating.

The bathroom was difficult to use. There were times when the only water available was boiling water. It was great that the person at the front desk could speak Japanese!

It's in the center of Seomyeon, so it's really easy to get on the subway or bus, and I visited when it rained for a long time. It was also nice that there was a refrigerator in one hall on the first floor so you could bring water. It was the same when I checked in and when I checked out, the front desk staff was very friendly and I was satisfied. When you leave in the morning, you asked how you would clean it first, and it was good. Hotel amenity was prepared enough for 3 people, and the cleanliness of the room was also good! If I ever go to Busan again, I am willing to visit again!!
