Love the location with malls, restaurants, and coffee shops around. Metro in 10 mins walk. The room is spacious with both shower and bath. Hot water and great water pressure for shower. TV is large and can watch Netflix. New towels, bottled waters, and cleaning everyday. Overall very clean and comfortable, but some dust over the facilities in the room. Check-in and check-out were very quick. However, there was loud music nearby until mid-night (~12am) everyday.

Good location, at a central area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Will definitely visit again for busan trip.

I made the reservation a month in advance.
The room was upgraded and the staff were fluent in Japanese.
If I had to point out a small detail, it would be that there was a multi-charger but no USB, so a power adapter was needed.
The location is within walking distance of Lotte Department Store, and it's easy to get to Jagalchi and Haeundae because it's on the Seomyeon transfer line. Overall, I would like to return.
