다 좋았어요. 위치도 객실도 청결도 하나 아주 큰게 아쉬웠어요 침대가 일반 매트리스가 아니라 물침대같은 튜브같3ㅡ은허물한 바람빠진튜브같은 물침대 물빠진쿠션감 전 쇼파에서잤구 언니들 3명 밤새 허리아프다고ㅠ 난리였구 침대때문에ㅠ 참고로 703호 였어요.

해운대 출장시 위치가 좋아서 이용 버스정거장도 가깝고 앞에편의점은 편리 침구류와 침대가 편했고 공기청정기있는것도 좋음

가족여행으로 2박했습니다. 시설과 서비스는 가격대에 비해 훌륭하고 더블침대 두개가 들어가고 탁자와 미니소파까지 있어 큰방이었어요. 하지만 바닥이 카페트라는 공지가 없어 몰랐네요. 일회용슬리퍼가 구비돼있지만 카퍼트와 마찰때문에 금방 찢어지더라고요. 세면도구와 드라이기, 스타일러까지 베개도 넉넉하고 리클라이너침대라 시설면은 좋아요. 화장실 바닥 미장이 잘못돼서 물이 안빠져 자는데도 비린내가 계속 올라와서 추워도 창문열고 잤고요. 주변에 업소가많아 가족끼리오는 건 비추해요. 밤새 노랫소리ㅜㅜ 창문닫아도 나요. 주변에 먹거리도 그닥없고.. 그래서 저희는 계속 차로 돌아다니다 밤늦게 잠만자러 왔어요. 청소도 깨끗하게 해주시긴하는데 냄새가 원인이라 어쩔수 없고 카페트는 고려해보시는게 좋을듯.. 슬리퍼 바닥이 꺼매요ㅜㅜ. 먼지도 많고.. 관리를 잘 하시고 투자하시는 것에 비해 가치만큼 안보여서 안타까워요. 바리스타로봇도 있던데.. 직원분들도 친철하고 기억에 남는 호텔이었어요.

위치적인 부분에서는 조금 시끄러웠습니다. 방음이 잘 되지 않아 도로에 소리가 다 들리고 위에 노래방이 있는지 노래소리가 다 들려들어오더라구요. 그리고 침대가 정말 허리가 그냥 푹 꺼집니다. 각도가 조절가능한 침대라서 그런지 몰라도 매트리스가 두꺼운데 엉덩이부분만 자꾸 꺼져서 자는데 진짜 불편해요. 접히는줄 알았어요!! 그외 나머지는 다 좋았어요. 서비스도 좋고 청결도 했습니다. 타워차가 있어서 주차도 걱정 없었어요.

The hotel room was very dirty so we changed rooms but the 2nd room was still very dirty. There was mold on the shower walls, the sheets were stained and there was hair everywhere
