The double bed room is somehow smaller than the single bed room. The amenities were quite complete and the room was comfortable enough for solo traveller, but not really for 2 people.

Bed sheets and towels were dirty and it was some dead flies. We booked 3 nights but first thing in the morning we left we booked another hotel. I don’t recommend

Everything was good - location, photos on the website. Everything except cleanliness. This is the worst place I’ve ever have a night. Bed linen with hair and stains, mold in the bathroom, apple smell was too strong so you need to open the window where was night music because of bars

The guesthouse is on the 3rd and 4th floor accessible through an elevator.
We self checked-in and never met anyone which was a bit sad. There were many messages around about rules and many surveillance devices. We could use the shared kitchen with microwave, hot water etc.
The room was ok, spotless, smoking free (like the entire guesthouse) and had what we needed: heating, hot water, window.
Location wise is conveniently close to many bus stops and metro too.
Cons:
Strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom which was unbearable.
Small towels.
Window not well insulated, at night it was cold.
Thin walls, we could hear noisy guests from nearby rooms.

the room standart but not very clean , the water heater is working slowly , must wait about 15 minutes to get warm/ hot water , the towel is to small to use , and no body standby on the frontdesk after 5 pm.

If you’re after a budget place where your sense of smell is the price you pay, this is the one. The room smelled so bad I’m fairly sure I left without my nasal passages. I honestly couldn’t tell if it was the cleaning products, the pipes, or a cursed combination of both — but even wearing a mask, you could almost taste it.
On the plus side, the location is OK and easy to find, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was included: some bread, cereal, jam, and not much else, but for the cheap price we paid, it was acceptable. Just be ready for the smell… it’s a core memory now.
