Cozy and good service. Because of the ‘Do Not Disturb’ is light on, they prepare extra towels, drinking water and etc in the basket right outside the room entrance.
Nice rooftop nice and swimming pool.

The location is super nice, very near to Busan Station and the amenties are good, especially the room has a LG Styler which helped us to sanitized clothes after we came back to the hotel.
Just one point that the hotel could improve is the television as it is too difficult to control and the remote control didn't work well.
I will definitely recommand this hotel to all the travelers in Busan.

This hotel locate at very good location, but the cleanliness are very poor. Bedsheet was dusty and the bed sheet didn’t change at all for my 4 days staying. Reception only know in Korean and Chinese but not English. We take longer timing to understand and communicate for it.

I m taking ktx to seoul, so is very convenient as take about 5 mins walk to the station. As if for shopping and exploring, its a bit far.

The location is near ktx station which is convenient to go to seoul in the next day. The room is clean. They provide cleaning box for cloth (i dont know what to call but you can hang your cloth in that box and it will clean your cloth).
Staff is helpful and can speak english

Walking distance to Busan KTX train station and east to locate, there was a free drinks voucher that was given. We came and stayed during winter month of December. The room heater was a bit weak and slow to warm the room specifically after coming back from your whole day tour. I was also surprised when they told me that I need to pay extra for my children even I booked the family room. Lastly, when I requested for a supply of toilet paper early morning via the phone the staff told me that toilet paper needs to collect from the reception area.
