We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room.
Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

It was excellent, they gave me 2 free drinks and to enter the hot springs ticket for free. The hot springs is best. I always go twice a year to visit because of hot springs.
