Stayed here for the 2nd time due to business travel. The hotel is really nice, new and with a good location to Haeundae Beach. Room is comfy, but there was some loud noise like construction work at 2:30 am that let me wake up. The fee for breakfast is with 60.000 KRW overcharged. It would be good if the hotel could change their fees accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Josun Busan. The location is perfect—right next to Haeundae Beach, just a short walk to the sea. There’s an eMart and Starbucks on the 4th floor, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks or coffee without leaving the building
Our room was spacious, bright, and quiet, with a great view from the window. The bed was soft and very comfortable—we slept really well. The only small downside was the lack of hooks for hand towels in the bathroom. Also, I was a bit surprised that the minibar in a five-star hotel only had water and Pringles; I expected a bit more variety
The staff deserve special praise—everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and caring. It was a real pleasure to stay here and feel so welcome

Great amenities for families. With washing machines and dryers being available 24hrs within the hotel.
There are strollers, milk bottles heat sanitizers and bed rail guards as well which they will rent to you for free. The staffs are very friendly and will explain to u patiently.
Will certainly return in future!
