The hotel seems family owned and managed, for the price you can consider it as a budget hotel just for sleep.
Some things that bothered me were the mold on the walls and the rusty bathroom pipes.
The floors are slightly dusty, there is the presence of other people's hair on the bed, thin walls and the sheets are stained.
But for the price it's really hard to complain as well.
