The hotel is very close to Busan station and I could see it from my room, however, note that there’s a lot of clubs and bars around and this hotel’s entrance is in a back alley. There’s only one lift and low security as the lift does not require room key and the room door does not have a latch. The reception lady was really patient and nice as she couldn’t find my booking and we had to use Google translate to sort things out as she cannot speak English. The towels provided are small, old and yellow but seem clean. I did find a towel torn, they shouldn’t provided such towels. I also found a stain on the bed sheets. The automatic toilet wash doesn’t work and the manual bidet leaks. Odd that they provide a used comb in the room. No cups provided but a kettle is provided and there’s two bottles of water in the fridge. There are a lot of TV channels available. The table provided has one wobbly leg which is scary. They provide bath robes and the usual amenities. The lights in the bathroom will switch off automatically after some time.

I use it because it’s so cost-effective! However, disposable items cost extra, so you have to buy them or take them with you! great

I use it occasionally when traveling to Busan. Close to Busan Station, when using ktx Convenient, clean rooms and close to convenience stores. bars around There are a lot of them, so it can be a little complicated and noisy, so be careful. Accommodation is a bit expensive, but considering the room condition and accessibility to Busan Station, I think it's reasonable~ I plan to use it often ^^

The accommodation is clean and friendly. It is conveniently close to Busan Station. You can't hear much noise in the room, and since smoking is non-smoking, the indoor hallway stairs are clean.

5층에서 머물렀는데 부산역이 한눈에 보입니다 그리고 자잘한 서비스가 많아요 1회용품은 프론트 앞에 있는데 유료인지 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ

Замечательный отель, всё в нём просто отлично! Чистота, очень удобное местоположение, очень уютно, современно и приятно в номере, есть чайник и всё что нужно!

부산역, 부산항 여객터미널이랑 가까워요. 피박을 할까 숙소를 잡을까 고민하다 그냥 숙소를 잡았는데 생각보다 괜찮았습니다.

Don't know if this the problem of the Maximum or *********. When arrived at the hotel, they are saying that my reservation is for 2 people in a 4 bedroom room. But clearly it is 4 people in one bedroom. They wanted us to pay additional 2 people per day. When we decided to cancel our reservation and transfer to another hotel. Then they allowed us to stay as per our reservation. Another thing, there are times no receptionist there to assist. People just leave their key on the counter. Also if your with small children, the street below are full of bar and pub.

It was more spacious and clean than I expected. However, the towels were so old and torn. The noise was okay. The location was also great.

Almost a love hotel in front of Busan Station, right in the middle of the entertainment district. The front desk wasn't there when I checked in, so I had to wait a while... The room is clean, well-heated, and spacious for one person. Although the bathroom is large, it's a pity that there is no bathtub, but the shower water comes out quickly and the toilet seat with a washing machine is nice! I was on the 7th floor, so it didn't bother me too much, but the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building are clubs, so if you're on the lower floors, you might hear a lot of noise at night.

Asan Dreaming Tree, affiliated with the Chungnam Parents' Association of the Disabled, used the Maximum Street Hotel in Busan on December 27th and 28th. I made a reservation almost 3 years ago due to COVID-19 and am now able to go. They gave me 5 rooms for free so I stayed very comfortably. The clean room, bathroom, and basic amenities were all top-notch, and the owner's kindness and hospitality were especially top-notch. The owner guided us on a Busan city tour and introduced the tour guide as a very nice person. A hotel very close to Busan Station, clean and comfortable interior, owner full of kindness and goodwill, I would recommend it to anyone and I will also use it. The hotel was very close to Busan Station and had good cost performance. However, the noise from nearby the hotel bothered me quite a bit. You can hear the sound of karaoke all night long. Also, on the second day, after cleaning the room, I didn't know how to close the window, so I think it would have been nice if they had posted instructions on how to close it. It was a little inconvenient that there were no bath mats and bath towels. (Face towels are available.) The front desk person was kind. In October, when all the hotels in Busan were canceling without permission and raising prices, I thought that the hotel was very sincere in not having such a thing happen.

The hotel was conveniently located near Exit 7 of Busan Subway Station. Also, the room was very spacious and clean. Since the location is in a busy area, there was a smell of cigarettes coming from outside, and the sound of the club downstairs was echoing through the night, but I don't think it's a big problem if you're just sightseeing and sleeping at night.

The good thing was that it was near Busan Station, a short walk from the Busan Station Underground Shopping Center entrance, and there was a convenience store and cafe. There is a washlet. A PC is also installed in the room, but I don't know because I don't use it. Water and towels are replaced daily. There were no bath towels. Two medium-sized towels per person. Everyone at the reception was very helpful. Other people have also written about the bad points, but even with the windows closed, music and heavy bass were blaring outside until dawn. Even with noise canceling earphones, I couldn't sleep. It's okay if you don't mind, but it didn't work for me. There were some noises coming from the hallway during the night, but I was still concerned about the sounds coming from outside.
