I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally great experience. The location is fantastic—it's close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
The hotel apartment itself is beautiful, and we were thrilled to receive a room upgrade with a stunning beach view. This made our stay even more enjoyable.
However, there was one significant downside: the elevator situation. The stairs are not a viable option, and during certain hours of the day, it can be almost impossible to get into the elevator. We found ourselves waiting for 30-40 minutes at times just to squeeze in. This was quite frustrating and put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay.

Rude receptionist, no wifi, no TV, aircon keeps stopping. I went to front desk for help, she said no english and ignored me as I stand there waiting for help. And there was no notice that the pool is under construction so basically there is nothing for me and my daughter to do here.

Disinterested and unfriendly staff who were unwilling to help with anything beyond the bare minimum. The building has rooms from multiple hotels all mixed together across multiple floors and only 2 working lifts which are also used by service staff. Consequently it can take 10 minutes to leave the building.
Room is incredibly basic (not even any natural light) but clean.

This hotel is close to the beach. I was given a better room 😍🫰🏽 There was everything I need for a comfortable stay. I was glad to have a kitchen and a washing machine 🙈

Great location - just 1 min from the beach. First they checked me in the room without view. Very dark. But the next day i moved to the better one. The staff was very helpful.
