The hotel is located in Seomyeon, has about 10mins walk to the subway but there’s a lot of local resto nearby. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage there even after checking out for a long period. The only thing we concerned is the light in the corridor was not functioning and it was pretty dark and it felt quite insecure esp during the night.

The seats are okay and they are all in the busy area on the west side. The transportation is convenient, but it is a little bit hard because of the uneven road surface, but it is acceptable. I just happened to book the largest room type on this floor. The overall space planning is good and the design style is good. The design of the toilet and bathroom being separated into two sides is really great and even has a separate bathtub!
The hardware is reasonably acceptable for hotel grade but is already up to standard.
The heating in the room is super strong and the floor is also warm. It's so hot that I even open the window in the middle of the night!
There is a microwave oven and a comprehensive coffee machine on the first floor. The price is very reasonable! Worth recommending

It is about 30 minutes' drive from Busan Gimhae Airport. You can also take the light rail and then the subway directly to the university, which takes an hour.
