Spacious room. Great service frkm staff. They let us store our luggage early. Requests for calling a taxi and late checkout was easy. Friendly staff who spoke some english.
Location wise, we didnt shop or eat around much but they were plenty of restaurants listed. Its on a main street so busing around was easy.

The counter staff were rude when I asked them to help me write a Korean address to the taxi driver. A male staff member was very rude, dropped the card on the counter and asked for help calling a taxi. They didn't help and just asked us to pick up a taxi outside. Asked how to get to and from the airport, they didn't know anything and couldn't help. Won't stay again next time

Clean and big room for three people. The bathroom floor is tilting and the water retaining ***** is too low, causing water to flow outside of the transparent door when taking shower!
It is located at old city district, and there is nothing to do after 8:00pm.

This is an apartment style hotel with an equipped kitchenette, about 10 mins walk from Busan KTX, and near Jung-Ang metro station. Hotel has pretty complete facilities with a cafe and convenience store in the ground floor. The room was minimalist but comfortable, with a view of the Busan harbour. The front desk staff is friendly and conversant in English. As compared to areas such as Seomyeon or Haeundae, you will find that this is a quieter side of town, but if you look closely can find nice gukbap and Milmyeon as well as the "40-Steps" attraction.

The hotel is very close to the metro station (approx 5 minutes walk) as well as bus stops. It take 15 minutes to walk to Busan rail station. Location wise is very convenient.
The hotel room itself is spacious but the lighting was a little dim. Under local regulations, no amenities such as toothbrush, tooth paste are available.

Reception staff were super kind and helpful. Was able to help us with weighing our bags and arranging taxis. Excellent room cleaning each day 👌 with complimentary bottled water. Solid wifi too and sound proofed well, didn’t hear anyone else the whole 5 days I stayed. Location wise, a bus stop is right outside and short walk to subway, making Gamcheon village, Jalgachi market, Busan tower, Nampo, all super accessible. Airport only 30 minutes away via taxi for around 20,000 won.
Cafe and convenience store on the first floor and amazing bbq chicken and beer on 2nd. Also some good cafes and restaurants walking distance near by.
Would I stay here again? Yes if wanting to stay in the area. If I want to focus on Haeundae more I would perhaps choose somewhere closer to there. I think for first time visit, you can go wrong!
