There were five of us living in two rooms. The air conditioner we stayed in on the second night could not be turned on. We asked the staff to help us, but they did not provide any service and did not even apologize to me. I hope this will change in the future.

관리가 전혀 안되고 있습니다. 바다 전망 테라스 사진 보고 기대했는데 테라스 가드는 섬뜩할 정됴로 녹이 슬어 있고 바닥 때는 끔찍합니다. 샤워기는 한 쪽이 막혀서 물이 졸졸졸 나오고 옷장은 문이 바닥에 걸립니다. 외국인 투숙객도 많던데 대신 미안하다고 말하고 싶더군요.
과연 호텔 운영 의지가 있는지 정말 의심스럽습니다.

최악 중에 최악입니다...
호텔이 아니라 모텔도 못 가는 수준 입니다...
Trip.com에서 조식이 가능하다는 정보를 확인하고
현장결제 하면 된다고 해서 예약을 했습니다.
7세 제 자녀가 여행가면 조식은 항상 원하기에 저는 호텔예약에서 조식은 가장 일순위로 두고 생각을 합니다.
고객요청 사항에 성인2 , 어린이1명 조식 신청부탁드린다고 했고
어플 상으로 호텔에서 '최선을 다해 준비하겠다.'라는 회신을 확인했습니다.
체크인 할때 중년남성분 혼자 계셨는데 조식을 이야기하니 ,
알겠다 위에 올라가면 진행해주겠다 라고 말하더니
30분 1시간이 지나도 아무말도 없습니다..
답답한 마음에 내려가보니 하시는 말이
조식먹으러 여행 왔냐? 나가서 먹으면 되는 간단한일을 갖고 컴플레인이냐..등 오히려 제가 꾸중을 듣는상황이 연출되더군요...
호텔측의 고객 응대 서비스 모든것이 최악이었고 주차
호텔 청소상태 모든것이 소위 '개판'이었습니다...
가족들과 여행와서 괜히 아내에게 미안해지고 자녀에게 좋지 않은 기억을 준것같아 마음이 편치 않습니다...
왜 호텔측과 Trip.com간에 정보최신화가 되지 않았던 문제로
발생된 문제를 돈 지불하고 온 제가 다 감수해야 하는지요?
다만 Trip.com의 고객대응은 칭찬 받아 마땅합니다.
총 네번의 연락을 줬고 지속적으로 양해를 구했습니다..
이런 수준의 호텔은 다른 이들이 검색할 수조차 없게끔
블락처리가 마땅합니다..
호텔 청결상태도 정말 믿을 수 없을만큼 지저분했고
방음도 전혀 안됩니다.
가족분들과 오실 마음이라면 우선적으로 거르십시오.

객실은 깨끗하고 뷰도 해운대가 보여서 좋았는데 화장실 불스위치, 수건걸이 등이 고장나있었고 세면대에서는 뜨거운물만 나오는 등 불편한 점도 꽤 있었네요

이불에 머리카락이랑 생리묻혀져있어서 방배치바꿔달라하니 방이꽉차서 죄송하다고해서ㅠ 그냥썼는데 다음날 문고리에 방청소 고리 달고 나갔는데도 안되어있어서 결국 프론트연결했어요ㅠㅠㅠ조금만신경 쓰시면 자주이용할것같은데 가격도저렴하고...ㅠㅠ아쉬워요
