The hotel rooms are outdated and in need of maintenance. The wallpaper was torn, and amenities were not provided, except for basic cleansing products. Housekeeping was poorly done, and the "Make Up Room" button was unresponsive—we activated it for housekeeping, but no service was provided.

Very centrally located, easy to find building. But surprised to see no reception. All the details are delivered by email/messages or calls when needed. Fun to have night market right outside the building.

I enjoyed my stay here. The gym was disappointing and the rooftop garden area was neglected. But everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend booking an ocean view room.

we have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful.
moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well.
pillows are not comfortable for us.
for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty.

Nice hotel , good value and good location. 10 mins walk from main shopping area Nampo and also the seafood market .
The hotel rooms all have a good view with nice big windows.
The bathroom has shampoo , conditioner and body wash but no other items are provided (no toothbrush , etc) so bring your own.
Rooms have safe and the size of room is good.
