Great size of room, has kitchen and basic amenities - cleaner come every second day tho. Location is perfect and many coffees around. Good stay

The hotel there was absolutely terrible.The room was so dirty and it was full of fried chicken smell,even the chairs was broken.Then,we went down to the counter to ask the staff how to solve this problem but there was literally no one and we have to wait there for almost half an hour.When they finally came up to our room and change the broken chairs ,they didn't apologize nor give us any compensate, besides it is just too hard to communicate with them. Hence there doesn't even have room service cleaning .It doesn't give us water when they promised us, they skipped us and give us nothing , even without taking the trash away
.Overall,the services there was really bad,not recommended!

I stayed here for 3 nights for a live performance at the BEXCO Auditorium. It was very nice because it was close to the venue, the room was spacious and clean, and it was also close to Home Plus, Lotte and Shinsegae department stores!

This was the accommodation I chose for my family trip, and the parking was free and ample. It was comfortable until the next day. The staff was also very kind. There was a delicious noodle restaurant right in front, so it was convenient. I intend to come again next time.

You have to change elevators twice to get from the underground parking lot to your room. For your information, it is recommended that guests staying on lower floors check out as early as possible. You cannot take the elevator.

Location is good
Service and room cleanliness are really not recommended
Additional service requests require multiple phone calls
Rooms are not well managed, so the wallpaper, floor, and bathroom are a mess
I needed a bigger room, so I booked it, but I recommend spending more money and going somewhere else
