It’s a self-check in and out type apartment, so it’s not like a hotel. There’s no room services like cleaning etc. The owner will give you password and your room number several hours before you check in.
The location would be the best characteristic of this apartment, there’s a lot of food, drinks, dessert, convenience store downstairs. Also OliveYoung and Daiso, there’s a big Emart not far from here. Also, it’s close to the beach and metro station. If you come to Busan using KTX, it takes about 1 hour to take metro from Busan station to the hotel station.
However the room is not as same as the pictures showed, when I first walked in I thought I get into wrong room, my room is more like half ocean view type room. although it’s ocean view, it’s not completely ocean, there are buildings cover the ocean. It has a lot of towels and enough cooking equipment. Bad thing is it doesn’t have soap or hand washing liquid. Others are fine. And you need to clean the trash and divide food waste and other waste and put it in 1st floor trash can by yourself.
Overall it’s a good experience, a nice apartment to live in.

Very cluttered with two beds one in living room and one in the room . Two tables in a small living room literally no room for my luggage or walking around. Unfortunately there is no iron for me to use apart from that the main bedroom with Queen size bed is very comfortable and pillows are very nice which is not too soft .

I had a really good stay, it's near bus stops, subway and even express bus terminal so it's easy to move around. The beach is also very close, I recommend !!

This is the most satisfying accommodation I have ever had in Busan. The overall style is apartment-style, with almost new equipment and a very clean environment. There is a washing machine, a microwave, a simple balcony, and a small kitchen for cooking. The design of separating the living room from the bedroom gives people a warm feeling. The most relaxing thing is that the TV has built-in NETFLIX and YOUTUBE, so you can watch a series or movie before going to bed. The most amazing thing is that the wooden floor can even be set with floor heating function, which makes it feel like living in your own home. It's really great! The large mirror in the bathroom makes the space look very spacious, and the dry and wet separation design is also perfect. This is a homestay that I will always want to stay in again!

I booked 2 Premier Ocean View rooms for 3 nights. Room 2601 was average in cleanliness, with hair on the pillow and toilet, but overall acceptable.
But the other room, No. 2504, is Delux Half Ocean View. This room type is slightly cheaper, and the electric curtain in front of the bed is broken and cannot be closed, which affects the quality of sleep. There is no sofa on the balcony as shown in the photo. We emailed the hotel on the first night of our stay to inform them of the situation and request a room change, and then sent another email the next day. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of shops
The room itself is well appointed. It's like a mini-apartment. There is everything you need: washing machine, stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, vacuum cleaner, dishes. You could even see a little of the sea :)
Next time I visit Busan I will most likely stay here.
