Urbanstay Haeundae Station

I went on a trip with my mom. I often went to Haeundae, but decided to stay for 1 night and 2 days. This trip, accommodation was really important. My mom has bad legs, so transportation is good, There is a kitchen where you can cook one meal yourself, and you can use the bed or the floor! When I chose a place that met these 3 conditions, it was Urban Stay Haeundae^^ I booked a Premier Suite Twin with 2 single beds, a kitchen, and a spacious living room, and the elevator key number, accommodation floor, and accommodation password were sent to me through the app before check-in time, so I was able to check in right away without any additional procedures, which was convenient^^ We were on the 26th floor, and although it wasn't an ocean view, it had a nice view from the large windows, and I really liked the canoe capsule machine, large refrigerator, and kitchen with enough dishes. And the closet in the room with the single bed was very large, and there was even a steam iron, so I could easily organize my wrinkled clothes! Before having dinner with my mom, I turned on the TV to rest, but it kept turning off and loading, so I wondered if we did something wrong. I asked for help through the Urban Stay app, and they came running right away, kindly explained it to me, and helped me out! But in the end, the TV broke down, so I had to change my accommodation at night. This process could have been awkward, but they kindly explained the situation and apologized repeatedly, and even upgraded my accommodation~ Instead, I could see the ocean view from the neighborhood view. I was so lucky. ^^ The unmanned system is a big advantage, but the disadvantage is that I couldn't communicate with the staff, but Urban Stay answered and resolved it right away, so I was grateful and happy! And the staff also felt that there were only 4 elevators, so it seemed insufficient to handle the 40th floor from the basement! Thanks to the staff's consideration, I was able to travel comfortably from the neighborhood view to the ocean view, and I was able to rest, eat, and do well with my mom.^^

The bathtub lacked a shower curtain. Fortunately, I saw the reviews, so I bought it before departure. The pillows were too flat. It would be better if two were provided for each bed. The view on the high floor is beautiful. The location is very good. There are beaches nearby. Parks, shopping areas, sightseeing and transportation are all convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

It's right in front of Haeundae Station, so it's easily accessible. It's also directly connected to Haeundae's main street, so there are plenty of places to eat and enjoy. The hotel facilities are also great ^^ If you're traveling with your family, I highly recommend it!!!
