Bedsheets were not changed after the previous guests. Black hairs on pillows and wrinkled sheets - not a very pleasant thing to find. No answer on trip.com for my complaint. I also texted on What’sApp but they only replied at the end of our stay. So nobody changed the sheets and we couldn’t find any disposable bedsheets at the convenience stores nearby. That was disappointing and displeasing. Hope they will take this situation seriously.
Location and checking-in are convenient.
Room is nicely equipped.
The elevator is slow. Sometimes you need to wait quite a while to get to 18th floor to your room or down.

Self check-in apartment which is located in a good area! This apartment is situated nearer to the west side of Busan, which makes it easy to visit places like Gamcheon Village and the Songdo Cable Car area. To get to the famous beaches, it will take around 40mins by bus. This room fits 4 people and provides a cosy accommodation that is good for families and friends. Definitely recommended!

The room was stunning. Had a lovely shower, beautiful view from the room, comfortable bed, washing machine. Contactless check in and out was great. Highly recommended

Located less right of the train station, this location is in the heart of a foodie paradise with mom and pop stalls. Room was clean and our view in the 20th floor was beautiful. Will return

Hotel is 10mins drive away from Busan station. It is very near BIFF square, where you can get food.
However, it is far away from attractions like Blueline skypark (Haeunde Beach)- 30mins drive.
