Walking distance from Shinsegae (with Spa Land).l & train station. Went to Spa Land twice since we can stay till closing time and just walk back to the hotel. I have an elderly with me, it was max 10mins walking distance. Also, there are elevators (at the train stations - to Shinsegae and to the street level) - didnt have to climb any stairs at all. Reception staff was very friendly and prompt in providing new towels + water up to the room. Room was relatively clean, and washing machine works well. Only improvement to work on is the slight stench from the drainage in the shower stall and toilet stall.

It wasn’t a 4 star hotel for sure. The lobby was really mediocre but the room was pleasant and newly built.

I enjoyed everything during my stay. The hotel is relatively new so everything is clean. The location is good, just 5 minutes from the subway station. Close to restaurants and cafes. Overall had no complaints about the hotel

I gave this hotel a good rating. In time to come it will probably have an excellent rating, but it is a new hotel and they have some things that need to be straightened out. It’s a sweet hotel that has a four size refrigerator, washing machine, induction stove, and a big sink. However, there were no hangers and no hanging rods so I could not hang my clothes up that is a very important thing for a hotel to have.
The staff tries hard, but they are not so experienced yet. I was surprised that they did not know where is the theater for the Busan film festival was, and it is only a few blocks away.
The location was perfect for me because it is between a very large shopping area with restaurants as well as the enormous exposition center. It is also close to two subway stops.

Location is ok, cleanliness is fine, the apartment style room come with washer but no dryer, there’s a stove but no pots and pans, if you stay for 1 night it’s ok, travelling with family will not be a good choice if u want to wash ur clothes, u can wash but no dry, no dryer no hangers
