I stayed one night and was utterly horrified to discover what appeared to be menstrual blood stains on the bedding. This is not just revolting—it’s an unforgivable breach of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards. I am shocked that a hotel would allow such a disgraceful oversight. No matter how decent the location or service, the presence of bloodstains is beyond inexcusable. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs, and I will never return. The bare minimum for any hotel is cleanliness, and they have failed spectacularly in that regard. This experience was nothing short of disgusting and left me deeply appalled. It is unacceptable and a clear sign of gross negligence.

Hotel is clean and new. Location is good w ocean view. However we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults but was only given 2 bath towels as we were told the hotel only provides 2 per day. After our request  the hotel staff gave us 2 more bath towels meant for tomorrow ?? .   There are only 4 coffee capsules for our 4d3N stay. We would expect daily replenishment.  Anyway upon request the staff passed us 4 more.   Think the stay can be more pleasant.

Located near the sea cloud platform, 5-10 minutes walk, easy to watch the sunrise. The room is clean and hygienic, but the height of the shower cannot be adjusted, which is not very friendly to short girls. In addition, the washing machine cannot be used more unfortunate.

Very nice, modern apartment in a very good location. Check-in was very quick and easy. The infinity pool on the 38th floor is highly recommended and costs 20,000 won per person (children 15,000 won).

The location was good and the room was spacious and clean. Everything in the room could be controlled from a panel, and it was convenient to be able to call the elevator. Check-in was a little confusing, so I recommend going to the reception inside the building.

The room was nice, a little hard to find because there was no newCZ sign in the lobby or on the building.

We were three people, so the B&B gave us a very thin mattress to send us. However, the room was not 79 square meters as originally described. The place where the mattress was placed actually had floor heating that could not be turned off, so the people sleeping on the floor were heated by the floor. After baking all night, I had to move to a place where the floor heating could be turned off on the second night. The price made me feel that the cp value was very low⋯⋯

The furniture inside the hotel was new, which was nice. However, it must have been a while since it was cleaned, because the blankets were too dusty and stained, so they were replaced. The room was either unused or not cleaned thoroughly, so they wiped it with wet tissues here and there and cleaned the floor once. The location was good, but the cleanliness was not so good.

We booked a deluxe suite, but we were upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room room. The environment is super great, and it's especially new and the location is also very good. It's only a 5-minute walk from the food street. Thumbs up!

I used number 3603. The feeling of floating in the sky, especially the view of Haeundae sea with the moon rising, was fantastic. However, I did not feel comfortable enough due to the lack of extra blankets, electrical outlets that did not work, the management office not answering the phone, the washing machine not placed, and the lounge not being operated. It was very inconvenient to see the phrase that a fine of 50,000 won was imposed if the cleaning tools and household items were not properly used. I think it would be better to raise the hotel price and include cleaning/dishwashing services. I heard that you recently opened, but I think it's just your first experience and I sincerely hope that you prosper a lot.

It is close to the beach and traditional market, and overall the accommodation is clean and well-equipped. It was my first time using unmanned check-in/out, but phone response was quick and the staff were friendly overall.

Have a nice rest! It was a new accommodation, so it was clean and the non-face-to-face check-in method was convenient~!! It was nice to have pots and kitchen towels!!

Ultra-modern and spotlessly clean apartment with all the features you could need for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, check-in is a bit complicated and the entrances and elevators are not entirely self-explanatory. But otherwise: complete satisfaction.

The accommodation is new and modern. It is a residence. The room size is OK. You are not allowed to use the washing machine, although there is one. And you can only use the fitness center and pool for a fee. We found this to be very high. There is a bar upstairs that has a beautiful view and is also affordable.
