A good place to live in Busan, I gotta admit that the rooftop pool was good, the service was amazing as well. Will live again. 5 stars.

Rude and arrogant staff that spoiled everything Be careful on the picture of swimming pool package We arrived late at 10pm and was received well by the first young colleague, but once we were confused by the on site pool package that was not elaborated in current booking, another male staff printed oout a long T & C list and said that they had so many guests from Trip.com and it should be our fault not reading in details.We asked for possible additional charge and he teased on us for our intention to pay for W17000 on one session one person for using the pool. He even requested us to leave and cancel the booking immediately at that late timeslot , and happy to deal with it if we were not satisfied. His facial expression and gesture were all rude and did not carry any professional manner as a Frontline staff. I couldn't help after a long day trip with family , and nearly collapsed, and could only go back to the room assigned simply for a good bath and sleep. I still stayed for two days because the hardware is good, only this staff was unacceptable. Compared to the price we have paid, there are many other better choice nearby, with good full seaview and spacious room setting in another hotel. We did it, the next day

Super convenient location at Haeundae! Just cross the road and it's Haeundae beach! We booked the Superior Family Twin Side Ocean View room, and it's great to have the ocean / beach view from the sofa of your room! Clean, neat and simple hotel as other L7 hotels, good option if you are looking for a value to money hotel option at Haeundae

It’s so nice hotel

It's been 13 years since I've been to Busan again, and I'm going to rest well because the accommodations are good~ The location is also good, so it seems like it was easy to go around here and there. It was nice to wake up in the morning and see the ocean.

The hotel is in a great location. Just across the street is Haeundae Beach. Next to it is the busiest commercial street. You can walk to all the delicious food. The room is clean and tidy, with an air purifier. There is also self-service luggage storage and self-service check-out. It is very friendly. The room you booked can see the sea, as shown in the picture. Overall it is very good and highly recommended. I will choose to stay here next time

The hotel is located near Haeundae Beach, about 7 minutes' walk by subway. The room is simple and clean, it should be a newly built hotel. The lobby is small but the rooms are comfortable. Suitable for couples and business travelers.

It was the newest hotel among the Haeundae hotels, and I think I'll use L7 in the future if I meet the business trip requirements! I regret not using the rooftop pool because the view was so good and it made me feel like I was on vacation! I usually don't use the check-in floor lounge in hotels, but I bought drinks at the convenience store on the first floor and sat in the lounge to enjoy the comfortable feeling.

The location is excellent! Just across the street is the beach, there are a lot of delicious food around, and it's very close to the commercial street.

Everything is good except for poor soundproofing. It's a hotel suitable for young people. The service staff are warm and friendly. There is a food street downstairs and the beach is opposite.

The location is very good Along the coast you can walk to where you can catch the Blue Line Park Train I enjoyed walking around and admiring the scenery. I really enjoyed it! There are automatic ice machines and water dispensers in the corridor outside the room, which are super convenient!

The room is large and clean. It overlooks the beach. The bathroom also overlooks the beach. The hotel is conveniently located. There is a convenience store downstairs. You can reach the beach just across the street. There are many restaurants near the street. The staff is polite and can help you book a taxi.

I used l7 Haeundae for a summer vacation with my family. I also used the swimming pool, and it was so much fun and enjoyable. It was right in front of Haeundae, so the location was great and convenient. I want to use it again next time^^
