I keep coming to this hotel when I go to Busan to visit. I won’t go to no other.

Good location. Just a few minutes walk to the subway station. The duplex room is clean and comfortable, with an amazing view, and the price is reasonable

Good location. New hotel I guess, very comfortable. Love the toilet bidet!! Good gym.

The room is clean but its a bit small. We had not explore all the anenities howver the accommodation all in all is good.

The hotel location is very convenient since it’s near the subway station, but the facility just so so, not that comfy for us..

Hotel is in a quiet area but still within walking distance of amenities, food and shopping. Good choice to stay while in Busan.

I enjoyed the duplex suite (I’m a sucker for city views). The shower was fabulous! The bedding was firmer than I’m accustomed to, but I did sleep well. I also really appreciated the fully-equipped fitness center. The Emart on the first floor was super convenient as well! However, the carpet throughout the hotel (my room included) needs replacing. It’s dirty beyond what a vacuum or shampoo cleaning can resolve, because it’s also very worn. For such a stellar hotel design, the carpet is a misfit. Also, I would recommend cleaning wipes for the fitness center. I made do with my own hand sanitizer, but that wasn’t my preference. All & all, I had a decent stay & would come back again.

The location is conveniently located near Shinsegae and Lotte Department Stores. It is operated as two hotels in one building. I used a duplex room for a trip with my family, but it was inconvenient to go up and down to the bedroom, and the ceiling was high, so it took a long time for the room to cool down. The staff's response was businesslike, and it was difficult to expect kindness.

Workers in the front weren’t that kind and friendly. They seems they hate their job and annoyed somehow

Place was nice.

The Room was smaller than expected. Near the soak and but far from other attractions and beaches.
