This 1 beded apartment is cozy, clean and spacious. The washing machine cum dryer is useful. There’s a walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom. The living room area is spacious- good for gathering. There are 2 CU convenient shops at ground floor. Few minutes walk to busan station, location is very good. Highly recommended.

Located between the Busan Pier and Busan Station, the location is excellent and convenient. It has advanced Korean-style home equipment, and the living room, dining room and bedroom are first-class. At night, you can use the large floor-to-ceiling glass in the living room to enjoy the night view of Busan Gwangan Bridge.

I always use this place whenever I go near this area. The staff is friendly and the room condition and lobby are all good. I plan to continue using it in the future.

First of all, don't expect a reception response. I explained the situation because I had a baby, and I had no choice but to sleep on the floor, so I added bedding (30,000 won for a fee). It is a size that is difficult to use for people over 170cm in length, just as wide as the coffin where a person lies when they die. When I asked to change it to a larger one because it was too small, they only repeated the words "1 extra bedding costs 30,000 extra". Looking back, to the request "I want to buy bedding because I have a child and I think I will have to sleep on the floor with my child," I think the order would be to explain, "Our bedding size is small to use with a child on the floor." The entrance light is on all day due to a sensor failure, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The frame of the bed is made of wood, so it creaks even if you move it slightly while lying down. This is a very disappointing response.

It is a new building that every facility is in good condition. The environment is quiet and in a walkable distance to public transport stations. The room is big and one will feel relax staying in the room.

I really liked the apartment I lived in, but the cleaning could have been better and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. But the place is so nice and the view was amazing, and I will stay there again if I’m ever back in Busan. And the price was very reasonable for such a spacious place. Location was good too.

The room was kept very clean and warm with underfloor heating, so there was no need to turn on the air conditioner. The bathroom was also very clean and the toilet had a washlet. The view from the room was lovely. The map says it's next to the station, but in reality it's across a main road, so it's about a 10-minute walk to Busan Station. There is a convenience store on the first floor, but you may need to take a taxi if you want to go shopping or eat. Overall, the room was very nice, so I'm satisfied.

When I checked in, the person wasn't friendly at all. The young person was friendly when checking out. The room was unused, so there was a lot of dust on the floor. The hot water is not hot. Very bad on cold days

The location of the front desk was difficult to find. The distance to Busan Station seemed much further away than the displayed distance, and it actually took a long time. It was a pity that there was no tissue paper.

The legs of the bed felt a little unstable every time I lay down, and since it is a memory foam bed, people may have different preferences, but it was equipped with various convenient functions and good furniture inside the room, so I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There is no toothpaste because it is a new building below the residence. The lobby is not enough and the location of the reception is quite different. The system requires you to register your parking in advance ㅠㅠ However, for this price, the room facilities are very good. The styler was really good

It was clean and spacious, so I was able to sleep comfortably. I will use it again next time.
