Hello, we would like to complain about this Busan Connect Ocean Hotel. Front desk customer service was terrible. They were rude to our business guests during check in. Shouting & refusing to assist kindly. Making the check in process very upsetting to our guests who are already tired from their business travel. Our lead guest is pregnant & she requested extra pillow from the front desk. They shouted at her NO. With no explanation or initiative to understand the customer's needs. This is unacceptable behaviour for front desk & customer service in the hotel industry. We suspect racism is part of the issue here as our business guests are foreigners. The front desk staff can clearly understand & speak in English but refused to assist kindly, instead they choose to be rude from the moment out guests checked-in until the end. We will not recommend this hotel to our business guests & affiliates. We suggest the hotel take this complaint seriously. Thank you for your time.

Staff were rude, not helpful and impatient. Pillows in the room were too soft hence I asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any to spare. When I called the reception from my room, they told me to head down to the reception to speak to them face to face because they couldn’t understand. It was raining, I asked to borrow umbrellas and they told me that they don’t have any when I see 5 umbrellas hanging in the room behind the counter.

Hotel ‘s environment all very good and location is also very convenient! I will definitely choose to stay again

The hotel was very friendly, the staff was also very pleasant, used to talk very lovingly.

The maisonette suite room was the best. I regret only staying one night😭The facilities are great, so you don't have to leave the hotel, so I recommend staying at least two nights◎ The Spring Palace is an additional cost, but you should definitely check it out.

The room is too small and there is no dry and wet separation.

The room is very clean and tidy. The toilets are disinfected. The bedding is also high-end and classy. It can be compared with the domestic five-star hotel pinmei. It has a small balcony. You can see the beautiful sea when you open the balcony window.

We stayed here in March 2024! I stayed with my family. It took about 2 or 3 stops from Busan Station to reach the nearest stations, Nampo Station and Central Station, and it was close to the hotel. Since the building is tall, it was easy to find and arrived without getting lost. Check-in was from 15:00, but I was able to enter the room at around 14:30. There was one staff member at the front desk who could speak Japanese. I could see the sea from my room. *Some items may not be visible depending on the room. There was shampoo, treatment, body soap, and hair dryer. You will need to bring your own toothbrushing set, but there may be toiletries available in the vending machine near the front desk. There are no water pressure problems. There is a refrigerator, freezer, and water server, but no microwave. You can watch YouTube, Netflix, and TV shows on the TV. You can also watch it on Disney Plus by logging in. Overall I was very satisfied! It was a wonderful trip to Busan ^> ·̫ <^

It's close to the main business district. It's very convenient to go shopping and buy things. You can go back to the hotel to place your items at any time. It's great to have a hot and cold water dispenser in the room!

The view from the room window was gorgeous. There is a large shopping center and two metro stations within walking distance. It was convenient to move from the hotel. The room was clean, compact, and bright.

Ctrip is reliable for booking overseas hotels, and check-in is very smooth

The room is quite clean, with hot water for drinking, you can see the sea, and it is very close to Lotte Department Store.

Environment: Very clean and tidy, and very close to Busan Station and Nampo Station. The transportation location is very convenient. There is space for two 28-inch suitcases, and there is a small balcony and a kitchen counter. I think it is great! facility: 1. Refrigerator: Very good. It has upper and lower refrigeration and freezing. You can buy some things and bring them back to ice. I like this refrigerator very much. 2. Water dispenser: It has hot and cold water, you can drink endlessly, and you can also make tea. I use this device every day. 3. TV: The TV is very big and you can watch Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube, which is very enjoyable. 4. There are several international plugs in the room, no adapter is needed Shortcomings: 1. There is only one socket at the bedside, which is very inconvenient. 2. The sink is slightly small and water easily splashes out.
