The customer service was friendly, the location was good, and everything was good, but I was really surprised by the doorbell in the bathroom before checking out, and they came at 10:40 to clean, and I came out in a hurry without throwing away the recycling, I'm sorry, so other than that, everything was good~ I was a little worried because the door to the terrace didn't lock, but I think it'll be okay if you check in and fix it^^ It wasn't a high floor, but I liked it~ The kids were a little disappointed because it wasn't a high floor, but the kids liked the room condition too. Of all the places I've traveled to, I think the sofa was the cleanest~ I had a great time~

I've stayed here before when I went to Lotte World.
The surrounding infrastructure and the location of the route are all the best.
It's much better and cleaner than a motel hotel.
I'll use it again. I recommended it to people around me.

I was so satisfied with the Palais de Ciz, my first trip to Busan with my family. I want to stay there again next time. Since I stayed on a weekday, they upgraded me and I stayed in a 70-pyeong room. I had originally booked three rooms in the 50-pyeong range, but I was able to stay comfortably in a larger place with my two teenage children. The location is also great, and Haeundae Beach is right in front, so it would be hard to make a reservation in the summer. It was a great value for the money, and there were lots of places to eat nearby, so I had a great time with my kids!!

It's right in front of Haeundae Station, and there are many Harrydan-gil, movie theaters, and shopping malls nearby, so the location is the best!!!
However, the fire alarm suddenly rang in the middle of the night, so I was very surprised, and it was a little disappointing that they said it was a malfunction after quite some time had passedㅜ
Still, it's the best place to stay for 1-2 people!

It was close to Haeundae Station, so it was easily accessible, and there were many restaurants and things to see nearby, so I was satisfied throughout my trip. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time and contacted them, and they said the room was ready and allowed me to check in early. I was so grateful that I could leave my luggage in the room and focus on a comfortable trip, a pleasant trip, and making memories.
It's no secret that the room, bedding, and bathroom were clean. It's a place I definitely want to stay on my next trip. Highly recommended~!^^

I had to go down to the province in a hurry, so I booked the same day late in the afternoon, but it was so comfortable and relaxing. It was a very satisfying short journey. The corridor outside the guest room is also very wide, very cool, very suitable for sightseeing in Busan, so it's good to travel. It's possible to travel without a car! Buses and trains are all close by, Jagalchi Market, Canton Market, and International Market are all available, and it is easy for all children and elderly to walk around. It's a merit accommodation that you can easily go to Yeongdo Huinnyeoul Village when using the bus! Thank you boss :) Be rich~^^

Accessibility: It is a landmark right behind Busan Station, so it is easy to find and easy to move.
Around: First of all, the view and view are good. I used the 45th floor, but it wasn't a location with a lot of sea views, but personally I liked the city view. (The city view is more beautiful at night. ^^;;) However, it is still cluttered because the construction is in full swing around.
Facilities: It is a new high-rise building, so it is clean. There is also a styler and safe in the dressing room, and all appliances including air purifiers, washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens are available. There are two living rooms, kitchens, toilets and bedrooms, so it's spacious. Two independent furniture enters and exits through one door. It is generous and convenient for a family of four.
Use: Vehicle-If you send your vehicle number by e-mail in advance, you will be registered to enter and exit, so there is no problem coming and going by car. If you only receive the card key from the first floor, it is not difficult to enter and exit the security gate on foot. However, the entrance and exit doors have a separate password, so you have to keep it well. (I received it by email)
Walking-There is a passage from the second floor to Busan Station, but it was not easy to find the way at first. You have to ask info and move.

The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub.
The apartment is great for families. All well equipped.
The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it.
Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you.
The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

전전세계통닭학살자This hotel is located in the Minrak Raw Fish Center area at the right end of Gwangalli Beach.
It is a new hotel with an entire building between Airbnb-style accommodations located in apartment complexes on the left and right of the building.
The view is that the windows are located horizontally next to Gwangan Bridge, so it is difficult to call it a Gwangan Bridge view unless you look to the right from the window.
It is a side view of the beach where you can see the vast Gwangan Beach all the way to the end.
The drone show held every Friday and Saturday at 7pm and 9pm at Gwangan Beach is located in a very good location.
Since the view is important, I don't know if the glass windows are still clean because it is a new building or if they clean the outside regularly, but they are kept quite clean so you can enjoy a clean view.
The room I stayed in was a deluxe 'double ocean view room' and
It is a room located on line 1 on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors.
*Please note that this is a photo taken when I stayed in room 301.
It is unfortunate that the right side is slightly blocked by the building next door, but the view is sufficient when looking at the front.
Since this is a hotel with a view as its strong point, I talked a lot about the view,
Now back to the room,
It was cleaned very thoroughly,
and unlike other establishments where the bathtub and bedroom are located together,
the drainage facilities are well-placed around the bathtub, so even though the large bathtub is two or three steps away from the bed, you won't feel uncomfortable with the floor or bedding wet.
The bathtub is also large enough that two people can stay in it together with plenty of space. Please note.
In addition, the room has a system ventilation system installed separately from the system air conditioner and heater.
Thanks to this, the temperature was maintained warmly without being chilly after taking a bath.
It was really the best comfort.
There are Dyson Airwrap, which is popular these days, and Dyson regular dryers.. Airwrap seems to be given out on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number upon check-in!
And breakfast is also delivered to the room as a single item in the morning!
It seems to change every season, but this time, abalone porridge was served as a winter season-only menu.
Although it was only a one-night stay, if you are planning to stay in Gwangalli or Haeundae, the facilities were so good that I think it would have been good to make a reservation for two nights and three days.
* The tonkatsu hot place 'Tonshou' is located right in front.

GGuest UserIt was my first time traveling alone and I chose a single room, which felt very safe and comfortable.
The only slight drawback is that the room faces the road on the second floor. It can sometimes be a bit noisy at night and the sound insulation is not very good. Everything else is great.
Will stay again next time if I have a chance:)

GGuest UserIt was a good affordable price to stay in Busan with Trip.com. However, the bed mattress is very hard, so it was a bit uncomfortable. The WiFi internet is unstable and disconnected. Therefore, we couldn't able to use it while staying over. However, the complimentary breakfast is not a bad yet simple style.
The car parking is the most necessary consideration if you have a car. This accommodation is not available for car parking.

CChristian ItalyThe guesthouse is on the 3rd and 4th floor accessible through an elevator.
We self checked-in and never met anyone which was a bit sad. There were many messages around about rules and many surveillance devices. We could use the shared kitchen with microwave, hot water etc.
The room was ok, spotless, smoking free (like the entire guesthouse) and had what we needed: heating, hot water, window.
Location wise is conveniently close to many bus stops and metro too.
Cons:
Strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom which was unbearable.
Small towels.
Window not well insulated, at night it was cold.
Thin walls, we could hear noisy guests from nearby rooms.
