I don't know what happened, sometimes the room key is not working. Have to go to reception to fix it.

Great apartment, helpful and friendly staff, everything you could need for your stay. Having full laundry facilities is a real bonus in the apartment, spacious too, as well as pet friendly. Highly recommended.

Receptionist on Friday and Saturday was very attentive and met all requests with exceptional service. Receptionist on Sunday was not trained properly and disturbed our sleeping time early in the morning, despite the fact we paid and confirmed late checkout on Friday already.

Great location. Next to the tram station, a minute drive to 24hours shopping centre and lots of dining options. Limited undercover parking but safe and secured. Definitely coming back.

The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating for my late check in. All of my questions were answered well. The only negative was a bare minimum amount of milk was provided for hot beverages. Everything else was amazing!

Had a wonderful time there relaxing and enjoying the fact that transport was just outside. The staff where very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay, can't provide any criticism as fulfilled all our needs, a pool would have been an added bonus, but wouldn't have been useful for us on this trip.
