Great location for the crematorium with plenty of car parking spaces. Friendly service from receptionist on arrival. The room could do with an uplift however it was clean, comfortable -and was very spacious. There were chocolates left which I thought was a nice touch.

Old hotel but had a nice clean room and a comfortable stay, staff very friendly when I checked in. I live near the hotel but decided to stay for the night with my girlfriend. Reasonable price, I would definitely book again to stay in the future.

Lovely hotel situated east of burton on Trent, spacious, clean and tidy room. Highlight was the warm welcome we had from Michelle on reception who made us feel at home instantly. Friendly and informative, welcome drinks were a bonus, great work Michelle!

Lovely greeting from reception, especially Michelle who is very friendly, happy and helpful. Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. Will be staying here again in the future! Would recommend to anyone even if it’s for a quick stop over for a night or for a couple of days :)

Comfortable accessible room. Bed was as comfy as ever. Michelle on reception on Thursday early evening when we arrived and Saturday morning after breakfast was lovely. Breakfast was served next door at The Stanhope Arms Table Table and it was delicious as usual.

Loved the location of this hotel. The bar next door was very good, fab unlimited breakfast, staff was spot on expecially Alison on reception who was extremely helpful, u have a fabulous amazing member of staff who went above and beyond to make our stay more special. Would recommend. X
