Clean and ideal place to stay, we always stay there for Alton towers it’s a quick 15mins up the road.

Location: conveniently close to the motorway and close to town.
Room was very small and cramped. But clean and equipped with the essentials.

Excellent value for money. Large car park (additional cost) friendly staff, small room but ample. Basic bathroom facilities but really good strain shower.

It was very inconvenient because there were no kettle to warm the water. We needed hot water to warm milk and food for our baby.
Any other hotel we have been normally has a kettle to warm water. We were disappointed and inconvenienced.

The hotel was ok it would have been nice to have a kettle in your room and not having to keep going to reception for a coffee or tea, but it is what it is. It was a stop off before going to EMA.

We have stayed at this Ibis a few times in recent two years. Always clean with good rooms..The staff are great and so helpful.

Pleasant budget stay
Very modern budget hotel comfortable rooms although they are small they are absolutely fine for a short stay - No kettle in room which is a shame although free tea and coffee at reception

Comfortable beds and quiet
Great location. Comfortable bed. Theres no tea or coffee making facilities but this is freely available at reception.
I intended to have dinner here. Told at reception they stopped serving at 9pm, but when i went down at 8.15 I was told the kitchen was closed because there were very few customers.
Be aware there is a parking charge in addition to the rom charge or £3/ 24 hours.
Lovely helpful and friendly staff.
