It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL. About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables. I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people. Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

We loved this hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. They also read your room preferences before assigning the room. Very rare for hotels to do this. The location is central and, best of all the staff was great!! They always had time to help us figure out things. Special thanks to Salim at the front desk who helped us with bus and train reservations. We also want to thank Hasan who also works there and gives excellent advice on where to eat. We enjoyed talking with him.

Despite all my attention to details I couldn't fault SPA, it is perfectly maintained and squeaky clean all around. We are just a couple that enjoyed hotels Spa offerings, I must insist insist this Spa is worth a visit if you are in for a treat, my appreciation goes to Spa receptionists Ozlam, Damla, Berna and Aysen. For almost a decade now, I wanted to stay at this boutique hotel and I had the chance to do so only last weekend. I must say I have mixed feelings about this place: the decoration, the view from the room, the overall ambiance are really impressive. Especially waking up to a sunrise with majestic Ulu Mosque on the background was a priceless experience, it was an unforgettable moment. But on the other hand, kitchen smell all over the room during meal hours was unbearable. Getting to the hotel, especially if you have a large vehicle like ours in those tiny roads was nightmarish as the instructions and support from the hotel were insufficient. Service was friendly but not professional. Last but not least, sleep quality was low with sounds coming from all parts of this old wooden house. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one night long stay: we know that we could not get this overall experience from anywhere else due to the unique location and venue it offers. Yet, I believe that, with better management, this hotel stands the chance to be “the” place to stay in Bursa, that’s a final note

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my mother was recovering from an operation and we had the best experience ever! Every single person we met was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We had many different requests (changing rooms, using conference room, etc.) and were never made to feel like a burden or nuisance. The rooms are extremely clean and organized and the staff speak multiple languages so communicating is very easy. Special thanks to Khaled, Mert, Cenk, Nihat, and many amazing team members whose names I did not catch for assisting us so much and making our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel and its incredible staff enough, they truly make you feel like family and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bursa!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό ούτε την πρώτη μέρα που διανυκερευσαμε , ούτε και την 2η. Το πάτωμα είχε σκουπίδια και το μπάνιο δεν ήταν σκουπισμένο. Μάλιστα την δεύτερη δεν είχαμε ούτε παντόφλες ούτε shoe mitt. Στο μπάνιο το σαμπουάν ήταν χαλασμένο και έβγαινε προϊόν από το καπάκι εκτός από το στόμιο. Οι πετσέτες είχαν σημάδια. Το προσωπικό ξέρει ελάχιστα αγγλικά και αυτό είναι δύσκολο στη συνεννόηση. Ο μπουφές τόσο στο πρωινό, όσο και στο βραδινό είναι πολύ φτωχός με ελάχιστες επιλογές.

Çok da büyük bekletilerle gitmediğim bu otelde tahmin ettiğimin çok ötesinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Öncelikle aile odaları çok geniş ve tertemizdi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Kahvaltıyı dışarda yaparız diye düşünürken otel kahvaltısının da ***et yeterli olduğunu görüp otelde yaptık. Kahvaltıya inerken temizlik yazısını kapıya asmıştım, yukarı çıktığımda oda temizlenmişti bile. Mis gibi kokuyordu. Çok memnun kaldık.
