Nisan ayında ziyaret ettiğimiz otel gerçekten çok yeni eve inanılmaz hizmet öncelikliydi. Resepsiyonda Bahadır Bey, her konuda yardımcı olan Esra Hanım, Şef Uğur Bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşlar bizi çok memnun bıraktılar. Termal otelde ki beklentimin fazlasını karşıladı. Özel odaları, havuz sıcaklığı, masaj salonları tam anlamıyla temiz ve yeniydi. Otelin birçok alanını ziyaret ettim herhangi bir olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadım. Verilen hizmetten dolayı tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

Gran bel hotel , molto pulito e il personale davvero gentilissimo e pronto . Laundry service impeccabile e velocissima , pronti a risolvere il problema in un paio d’ore . Spesso arrivo nel pomeriggio e mi trovo la roba lavata e stirata prima di cena . Ristorante molto buono con personale di sala gentilissimo . Posizione perfetta per la tranquillata della zona e parcheggio facile . Consigliatissimo
