The hotel is old, the location is good, not far from The Great mosque and park, but the pillows were really bad and we couldn’t sleep properly. The breakfast is very simple.

THE HOTEL IS GOOD IN TERMS OF LOCATION BUT IN A VERY NEGLECTED CONDITION. IT NEEDS CLEANING AND RENEWAL BUT IT IS GOOD IN TERMS OF PRICE.

Filthy hotel, smelly rooms and not at all the money worth. We were a family were we booked two rooms, both were smelly like mold and both were rooms for smokers. Would definitely avoid this hotel. For the price, there are far better hotels. If it was cheaper it would go with the poor quality.

Only 2 nights in our case but it was a good stay. It is a long walk up to the old town, not close but it's fine. The market is a little close if you follow directions on the maps and use short cuts. Free parking in front of the hotel. Room was a little small, but typical for big cities in Turkey, the same with the breakfast anywhere, same food. There are small restaurants around, we tried two for the 2 diners close to the hotel in Bursa. Not bad. Store with everything you need 50 meters away. Ove all a good stay.

The hotel is in a central location. It may not be luxurious, but it is an adequate city hotel. The staff is kind and attentive. I would especially like to thank Ms. Gülşah, who greeted us with a smile at the reception, for her welcome and help with our trip to Bursa.

A beautiful hotel, made with quality materials, but which shows small details of decadence in the furnishings, for example the spa area was not functioning when we went. The enormous room, the very large Turkish bath in our all-marble bathroom, the panoramic terrace of the restaurant, the courtesy of the staff were truly appreciable.
