We stayed here for a couple of days in early August. Below is our summary of the experience. Pro: Location is amazing. Just a few meters away from a big mall and shopping area. Transportation is near by as well. Parking was free. Once you get to the hotel, you ask the service desk for parking and they would send someone to park your car behind the hotel in an alley. We were upgraded with a room with a balcony which was nice. Shower was powerful. Hotel is relatively newer, less than 10 years old or so. Beautiful views of mountains from higher floors. Cons: A lot of them! We had a triple room which was a bit on the smaller size. Toilet is literally less than three inches from the wall so kinda hard to sit. They put two large towels in the triple room 😂. Breakfast was bare minimum. They don't have milk in breakfast (buy it from next door grocery store). You have to ask for juice if you want it. We asked for a blanket and they said they didn't have it. While checking on my car, I noticed they had a ton of them in the basement area so basically they lied. Another kid on our floor was looking for blankets for three days unsuccessful! Usually they had only two guys working there: one at reception desk and one service person who was jack of all trades (park car, room service, serve tea to folks in lobby). No one speaks English so have your Google translate app ready. Hotel is on the main street so if your room is on the lower floors facing the street, it can be noisy in the day time. If you are staying here for a night and/or solo, I think it is worth it.

Şirket yöneticilerimiz bu otelle çalışıyormuş bende ilk defa konakladım gerçekten benim için en önemli olan temizlik olduğu için çok memnun kaldım aracımı vale arkadaş aldı otoparka götürdü sabah vale arkadaş otoparktan otelin önüne getirdi küçük ayrıntılar ama çok güzeldi ramazan olduğu için sahur veriyorlar herşeyi düşünmüşler ben çok menün kaldım herşey için teşekkürler

Benim için olumsuz tek bir durum oldu pazar sabahı duşumuzu alıcaz sıcak su yok, herkes aynı anda kullandığı için sıcak su bitiyormuş, o zaman sıcak su kapasitesi arttırılmalı duşumuzu alamadan otelden ayrıldık, onun dışında herşey iyiydi temiz, personel karşılama ilgi iyi, konumu tam merkezde eksiklikleri giderilirse güzel kalınabilecek bir otel

Yorumlara bakarak seçmiştik. Maalesef çok berbat çıktı. Dış yapı ve resepsiyonda sıkıntı yok oldukça temiz görünüyor. Resepsiyondaki görevliler de çok ilgili ve kibar. Fakat oda temizliği hijyeni berbat ötesi. Önce yastık kılıfının biri yırtıktı rica ettik yenisini getirdiler. Yatağı açtık bir önceki yatan kişinin izleri vardı. Yani yatak çarşafları değiştirilmemişti. Diğer yastık kılıfında ise yağ lekesi vardı. Yenisini istedik maalesef yedek nevresim takımı olmadığını söylediler ve başka bir odadan söküp getirdiler. O da temiz miydi bilmiyoruz ama ilk defa bir hotelde yedek tekstil olmadığına şahit olduk. Eğer geç bir vakit olmasaydı kesinlikle kalmazdık ama mecburen yedek tshirt lerimizi yastıklara serip uyumaya çalıştık. Banyo derseniz yine hijyenden uzak ve sifon bozuktu. Kahvaltısı da paket reçel yağ şeklinde idi kahvaltı yapmadan çıktık. Eğer temizlik sizin için önemli ise uzak durun

Otelin en iyi yanı bir tek konumunun merkezi olmasıydı. 2 kisilik oda rezerve etmemize rağmen tek kişilik ürün konmuştu. Temizlik kötüydü. Kahvaltı oldukça vasat ve lezzetsizdi. Ütü hizmeti oldugu yazmasına ragmen çamaşır ve ütü olmadığı söylendi. Biz memnun kalmadık . Tavsiye etmiyorum.
