The hotel was generally successful. The people at the reception did not offer a solution to almost any issue, they just let it go. At the hotel we went to for the view, we were given a room with a view of a wall full of rubbish. When we requested a change, we were told there was no room available. However, when we made the reservation, we requested a room with a view. When we wanted to upgrade, we were told there was no room. They changed the spa hours according to the group coming to the hotel (normally it was only for women until 16 and mixed use until 11, but they declared women's use until 20:00 and almost no wet area usage rights were given to men. Individual customers never, ever He did not hesitate to declare that he did not care about it.

Very nice hotel, very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. The thermal bath is a bit small but very nice and clean. The staff who park the cars are very helpful. I can only recommend it.
