Nasıl 5 yıldızlı inanılır gibi değil Otel çok çok eski ve pis. Havuzun etrafı heralde 3 günde 1 falan temizleniyor. Şezlonglar kir içerisinde. Havuz var deniyor ama ufacık. Girişte tam 1 saat boş yere bekletildik. 3 kişilik rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen çocuk için kanepe önerdiler. Kabul etmedik. Bu arada gelen herkes kartını alıp odalarına çıktı. Sonunda lobinin arkasındaki odayı verdiler. Daha gece olmadı bakalım gece bizi ne bekliyor... Bir daha tövbe....

The staff are rude and none of them speak English.. they hardly speak Turkish! Food is bad and the worst part is that the rooms are filthy .. they never clean the toilets and the bathrooms. I found body hair in or beds and the whole hotel was just filthy. the worst hotel ever. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I have dust allergy the room was not clean and smell cigarette.I asked to change the room but the staff was rude not polite in dealing. Hotel is very very old the rug are dirty and very old the reception no even one fresh flower for freshness the reception is terrible

DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!! For 3 months I've been trying to help my mother receive her money back after she booked a room but had to cenacle. they are constantly avoiding my calls and my messages, lying about the fact they send the money back as they are not willing to send any proof of payment. be sure that once you send them money you will never see it back

You went with my children, it was great, we enjoyed the hotel very much, we rested in the spa and thermal baths, we swam and the staff were very kind, they hosted us nicely and the food was delicious, there were nice guests in the evening and in the morning. Honestly, this was as good as a mid-term holiday for us. Everything was programmed to make us comfortable.

We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the courtyard. Since the hotel is crowded, the pool, which is the general area, is seriously small. It's not like you can enter when it's crowded. The transition to the outside part of the pool was nice and the pool was warm. The sauna is free, but since it is in the area where the toilets and showers are located, there is a strong smell inside. The bath was nice, the actual thermal pool was inside the bath. We were most pleased with the bath section. We preferred the early morning hours and dinner time to use the pool and Turkish bath, as it would not be crowded. The reception is indifferent. The key was handed over without the slightest transfer of information. You have the chance to eat outside in a central area of the hotel. Breakfast ***meat was good. We were satisfied for 1 night but I wouldn't plan a long holiday here.
